I'm really happy to be living at The Oaks. While the apartments aren't particularly modern looking on the outside, they are great inside. The maintenance is great too - Carol fixed a minor issue today in less than a half hour after submitting the request. For slightly little more than a 1 bedroom apartment in Atascadero., I get: 2 beds 2 full baths Washer / dryer hookups Central air A pool A covered parking spot A responsive maintenance team
the apartments are older. Some are updated and some aren't. The area has lots of wild cats but the manager has been getting them fix so that they can't bread. It has a swimming pool but only one which is always packed with screaming kids. The managers are really nice. They do a great job keeping the area around the apartments looking kept up. If anything breaks down in your apartment they are quick to fix it. Overall these a good apartments to live at but are a little pricey.
