Property Ratings at The Oaks at Anderson Apartments
Basic as basic gets. Not worth the rent. Noise is relentless. No enforcement of noise policy. Floors and walls are paper thin. They consider half baked repairs from a tree falling through a roof renovation. Floors creak, ceilings, leak, tenants are inconsiderate and management/maintainence is no existent unless leveraged by law.

Affordable sure, but lacks any functioning amenities, the staff is rarely ever available if even there during office hours, the pictures used to show off the place are the renovated office the staff uses, not the paint chipped, older than 50 year brick building apartments you’d live in. Maintenance doesn’t fix most things, there’s been three different managers in the last three years. The complex also has a surprise visit from the bank for borrowing money meant to fix the place up that they used on their fancy office. You can’t use the wash room cause it’s broken 70% of the time, the gym is closed when the office is so no early morning or after work workouts and no weekend workouts. They built a random gazebo that has nothing in it or around it, it’s just there. But the neighbors are nice.

Beautiful apts.we have not moved in yet but we are very impressed!
The apartment we moved into is very nice. The staff is helpful. We enjoy the large and new dog park.
