We moved in this year and we absolutely love it. The office and staff are very prompt, professional and friendly. We were looking for a peaceful place for our family and pets, so happy to have found this place. The amenities are up to date and clean.
Laundry room is disgusting trash on the ground ESPECIALLY BY THE MAIL BOX Mail boxes broken into Bugs in the apartments. Even if you are a neat freak, the bugs are there. We had termites! Twice! DO NOT RENT HERE! There is no place like home! DO NOT RENT HERE!
Me and my mother live here and all management are horrible our neighbors are constantly fighting and physically hitting each other we have called the cops and going too corporate too anyone do not I repeat move here management doesn’t care if a man is beating up his kids and wife again do not move here again do not
After having a conversation with Ingrid about a discrepancy she became very aggressive and refused to give me a corporate phone number. I usually have great service from the manager Patty but she was unavailable
The apartment themselves are great as is the wonderful women in the leasing office. But if you are located in the further back of the complex facing the sun you will experience the oh so not relaxing sonatas coming from the wood mill starting at 5:30am and not stopping until 7pm or later! Or have neighbors who smoke like chimneys downstairs and you have to keep your doors and window closed to not have to get an allergic reaction to the smoke. otherwise this place is too expensive.
Move in a few months ago be the best experience I've had living in any apartment the management staff is the best the grounds are well kept. It has a homie feeling
