The North Shore Apartments

I’ve lived here for four years, and I feel like we lucked out. I’ve heard horror stories from other people about their apartment complexes, and I feel like none of those common stories have been our experience here. In particular, the maintenance man, Christian, is literally incredible. I truly believe this man can fix anything, and he’s very responsive. He’s been around the entire time we’ve lived here, and I’m glad because he’s fantastic!

My roomates and I have lived at North Shore for 4 years and have experienced high and lows when it comes to living here. The cons are what's expected with most complexes such as unruly neighbors that leave trash out for days, parking, and frequently changing management. However, the management team has been stable for roughly a year now, which is longer than the past teams. I think they're starting to get situated. In the past, communication with tenants was poor, where we wouldn't know when management was changing until months afterwards. Now, management frequently communicates with tenants through multiple channels such as text, email, and the property facilities app. The pros are the maintenances team is very responsive (i.e at least within 48 hours or less, except weekends) and the facilities are renovated to modern standards. The apartment is in a nice area and the complex is quiet majority of the time. Overall, North Shore has been one of the better places I've lived in and I would recommend.

I have lived here for four years and it has been a pretty good experience, management can be slow to respond but they are friendly. The maintenance man is absolutely amazing, he is very responsive and does a great job.

This is mine and my new little family’s first apartment together and it’s been the best. We’ve only have one maintenance request in the 5 months we’ve been here and it was tended to with in 2 days when I’ve had to wait weeks before at other apartments, we can’t wait to spend our time here like we have been.

These apartments are excellent! Maintenance is quick to respond if you have a need, and is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a cozy home!

Me and my girlfriend have lived here for almost three years and our experience so far has been great! Maintenance is always super quick and the people in the office are always super helpful!

I have lived here four many years . Started in a loft apartment quote and spaciousl I have lived in several units all are great! I have had no major issues and when u do have something go wrong Christian is there to help. Katie will help you and talk with you super friendly. Clean area kind people great location I use to consider it a hidden gem lol but great places sont stay secret for long -

Have been in north shore apts for about 4 years now…best apt complex in the area especially the maintenance help if you have any issues they are quick and fast to assist you and the management is top tier they reply and help with any needs!

Northshore Apartments has been a great place to live! The property is well-maintained, maintenance is prompt, and the management team is friendly and professional. The area is peaceful, safe, and close to everything I need. After several years here, I’m still very happy to call Northshore home.

This is the first place I moved into since leaving my parents house & it has been a journey. There has been some stuff that needed repairs, however that usually happens fast after submitting a maintenance request. Living here has been a good experience, neighbors are friendly and management is super nice and patient. My roommate and I unfortunately had to deal with out other roommate ditching us and long story short, north shore management helped us out tremendously and were gracious enough to change our lock out. The communal events are also fun.

I found these apartments last year in my search for a nice and quiet place to stay. I was surprised with all of the amenities provided including in unit laundry which is a huge plus for me. Also just a few minutes to Lake Hefner to take my dog for her walks. Any issues you have are responded to and handled in a timely manner. Katie goes out of her way to make sure tenants are taken care of and happy. I renewed a lease to stay until 2027.

I’m in my second lease here, the community is quiet and connected to a great neighborhood. In my experience maintenance has handle all issue seamlessly. The the leasing office handles things effectively and with the most respect. They are also pet friendly with no breed restrictions on dogs!

Aside from the fact my apartment front door has a shoddy repair from somebody before me breaking the front door in… they’ve decided to start charging $35 for parking that has been free much longer than the manager has even been here. Now people are parking in the road, and against sidewalks because they just don’t offer enough free parking and the place is looking extremely trashy.

I’ve lived in these apartments going on 2 years now, I started in the loft then upgraded to a 3 bedroom. The property manager is absolutely amazing and the maintenance team is so reliable ! Not to mention the upgrades are so beautiful and fabulous! If you’re looking for a quiet community with a awesome staff this is your place !
