Since move in Dec 2023 I haven't had a bad experience. All great. Maintenance staff is always fast and friendly. Office staff have been awesome and love my apartment.

I moved into The Next apartments 7/29/2023, today 9/27/2023 my vehicle was towed due to expired parking pass they gave me that read 2022/2023. July 29th, day of move in, they gave me this parking pass. They told me today (9/27/2023) that the parking pass they issued me was only valid until the end of august (1 month) even though the parking pass says 2022/2023. I was supposed to know on my own that I needed a new one at the end of my first month of living here. They stated to me in person that they messed up and gave me the wrong sticker. I had to pay $233 for the tow and the apartment won't refund me the amount for THEIR mess up. James is the manager here, I sent him a very polite text asking for his help and seeing if he could give me a call. He hasn't responded to my texts even though I can see he "read" them, nor has he called. Also had his staff tell me I won't be getting the refund. How are you going to give your tenant a parking pass that is only valid for 1 month. Seems to me that he/The Next wants people to get towed. Insane.
Lived here for YEARS just to watch it go downhill . The conditions of this place is a joke and should be inspected by professionals and cleaned by professionals. They use their own maintenance crew as the Jack of all trades which is not only unfair to them but unfair to us tenants that have issues such as mold that need professional attention. After fighting with them about it for years I moved out in august.
Probably the worst apartment complex ever. Staff is rude and dismissive, they have a serious roach and flea problem that nothing was done about. They literally just leave pee and poop in the hallways for days on end. There is ZEROOO sound proofing and if you try to complain that your neighbor is literally vibrating your walls until 2-3 am daily, they don’t care. And then the best part? When you do move out they will completely rip you off in move out fees. They even tried to charge me 600$ to replace a carpet that had been documented as damaged UPON MOVE IN. And then when I tried to fight the charges, they ignored me for weeks on end (while of course making sure to send collections threats). Literally just live anywhere else, save yourself the trouble.
