Plenty of shared laundry is available in each building. We offer off-street parking and the building is located directly next to a Yale park. The rent includes water, sewer and trash. Additionally, we offer bulk cable and internet bundles, so our resident's get discounted rates on basic cable & high speed internet services through Charter Spectrum. We are pet-friendly! Below you will find our pet restrictions outlined: We do not accept pets over 40lbs, we have a two (2) pet maximum limit, no aggressive dog breeds are allowed and pets must be up-to-date on vaccines. We charge a $150.00 Nonrefundable Upfront Pet Fee and a $25.00 Monthly Pet Fee per pet **Must submit veterinarian records, shot records and a photo of the pet prior to approval. Rental Requirements: You must be over 21 – if not, we will require a co-signer, your household income must meet or exceed 2.5x the monthly rent in gross income, no violent criminal history, no utilities in collections, no evictions within the last 5 years and you must have a favorable credit score.
