The Nest is a set of recently renovated eco flats ideal for people wanting an affordable housing option in town. Each unit comes with new appliances, cabinetry, a dehumidifier and granite countertops. Most of the units are studio apartments that are partially furnished (bed, nightstands, table, TV stand, etc.) if needed. The rent includes all utilities, fiber Wi-Fi, free laundry at one of our three laundry centers, and access to the pool. Our security deposit is very low at $300. Students are welcome.
