Don't do it!!!
It has WELL WATER which they will no tell you. The water smell horrible and you have to buy drinking water. They don't take care of the well tanks like they should.

This is a low income townhouse with well water. It is located by a swamp.It has no dishwasher no garbage disposal and I have to buy drinking water.
