I moved from CT to CA and i chose Modernaire as my apt. It was the best choice ever. It was so nice and quiet during my year stay here. I don’t mind the highway sounds. I never had any issues with my neighbors or parking at all. Modernaire was never the type of landlords to feel pesty or hounding whatsoever. When i needed maintenance done it was prompt. Only issue was the disposal smell from sewer. Which is minor to me seeing that i survived. Lol. Hands down the best. If ever move back to CA i will go directly to Modernaire. Thanks Johnny ????

My boyfriend and I have lived in these apartments for 2 years. Our one bedroom has a GREAT sized patio area that we have not seen available anywhere else. Our friends who come over are impressed with the size of it. The patio area alone is a reason we do not plan on moving anytime soon. The walls are thick, and we do not hear our neighbors. The neighbors, in general, are nice and respectful of one another. Management is responsive, as well are the maintenance team. The landscaping crew is here daily working on the vegetation, which is great. Overall, I recommend this apartment complex.
When I first moved in there were several things wrong with the apartment. One major appliance didn't work and took almost a week for a new one. There were several other things breaking and not working properly, problems with one of the toilets. Managment is good about responding quickly but it was just one thing after another and we still need to contact them again about two new problems in the apartment to fix. Doesn't seem like things get fixed right the first time. The showers are small. They are shower/baths but they ARE small. If you bring your leg up to wash your feet, your knee hits the shower door. There is no air conditioning which I didn't know until after I moved in. There are several washers and dryers in the laundry room. The apartments are 3 stories and there is no elevator which may be a problem for some with laundry and groceries. The apartment itself is pretty quiet but there is a lot of street noise.There are several motorcycles on the street that fly up and down at all hours and someones car alarm goes of every time I want to keep the windows open with a fan it it since there is now air conditioner, so this is a problem.. These apartments are tucked away and seem to be on a quiet street at first glance but you can hear the cars very clearly and trucks, never mind the motorcycles. The street noise if VERY loud. Living on the other side probably isn't so bad though. The good points are..... The units are large and roomy. The kitchen is small but there is a huge closet with shelves that reaches across from one wall to the other that works great as a pantry in the dining area. Since there is no air conditioning, a ceiling fan would be nice but there is none in my apartment. A wall air conditioning I don't would be too much for them to provide. but at least there are a lot of nice trees outside surrounding the apartments and a nice breeze. So far only a few days have been too hot for me but summer isn't over yet. The pool area is beautiful. The pool is heated. The jacuzzi is nice and hot. 2 bathrooms at the pool area. And nice BBQ's These are very good looking apartments and when I first moved in, it was very clean and new looking. The carpet is new and very nice. There is an area outside of the bathroom where there is a built in vanity with drawers that is very nice. The closet is there also before the bedroom. Large linen closet The floor plan is nice. 1st floor has yards. Easy to get to the 163 at any time of day.
