The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Midkiff
If you want to live in these apartments have them control your heat and a/ c, be without hot water most of the time, deal with rude office staff and can't make complaints to the home office these are the apartments for you.. DON'T DO IT!!!! Have to give 1 star because it won't let me give it 0..
The staff is always nice and accommodating. It’s very quiet. They have two pools, which is good feature. Being able to only have to pay one bill a month, and not the extra is great. My apartment is large, with plenty of storage.
Let me start out with how could anyone not love the Midkiff? The management staff is so kind and professional! They really go above and beyond for all of their residents. Maintenance is so quick knowledgeable! We have HUGE patios that are great for lounging on and drinking your morning (or afternoon) coffee. We’ve got two beautiful sparkling pools and all my utilities are included in my rent! But to top off all of that I also get free cable included! I think anyone in the Midland area who is looking for a new place to call home should stop by the Midkiff!
its a small property, staff is wonderful and helpful in time of need and can't beat the prices with everything skyrocketing in midland- not everyone is in oil kmon now!!
Great place to live. Kids love the 3 pools and like how quiet it is despite it being in between 2 busy streets. I'm saving money to buy a home so it being all bills paid is a plus!
Is any one else having /finding this problem in their apartment ? And leaky ceilings, also one part of the apartment looks like the ceiling is going to come down, due to the heavy rain . Maintaineance really needs to get on this right away and fumigate Villa Chateau. Not happy with all this happening at all!!
Our apartment is adequate but also quite old. All our bills are paid through our rent so one payment is all it takes, including our extended basic cable, It is fairly quiet in our complex and any problems are usually taken care of quickly. In our town the rent is very expensive because of the oil boom. It makes is hard on special needs people like us, we have mobility issues, but we bite the bullet because the "government, section 8 or HUD" places are horrid, so we are staying right here.
Older but well maintained apartment complex, majority of apartments have covered parking, 3 pools and lots of room for the kids to play. Centrally located within Midland.
