You can also head over to Wild Horse Pass, Lone Butte, or Vee Quiva Casino. You will find nightclubs inside each casino and live performances by local and famous artist. I’ve absolutely loved living in this apartment! From the moment I moved in, it felt like home. The space is bright, clean, and thoughtfully laid out — the natural light throughout the day really makes a difference, and the finishes are modern without feeling cold. The kitchen is especially great for cooking, with plenty of storage and counter space. The building itself is well-maintained and quiet, and I’ve always felt safe here. One of the best parts has been the location — everything I need is just a short walk or drive away, including shops, restaurants, and parks. Plus, parking has never been an issue, and there’s always street parking available for guests. The landlord/property manager has also been responsive, respectful, and easy to communicate with. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live!

We've been here for more than a year and its been a great experience so far. The staffs are amazing and very quick in resolving any issues that comes up! The property is also well maintained and kept near and clean at all point of times!

I have lived here almost 5.5 years. The first two years, the property was maintained. Not anymore. Holes in walls, sidewalks are filthy and garbage is left on the grounds for days. They certainly don't pick up on a daily. Carpets in hallways are dirty. So many dogs - they outnumber residents. There is still speeding in the parking lot. Property gone downhill.

I wish there was an Amazon package locker. It’s very inconvenient to have to wait until the office is open to get it, especially when you work. Other than that, very happy

Overall, I’ve had a good experience living at the met this last year. They have great amenities and a nice atmosphere. Maintenance is friendly and very quick to fix and issues in the apartment. But there is nights with loud music and the fire alarm for the whole building has been triggered a lot which is frustrating waking up at 2am to evacuate the building.

I was very excited to move into The Met at Fashion Square. I had came to look at the place in October and fell in love with it ever since. I have ran into a some not so nice residents but overall I love my home.

So far the place is ok seemed much more peaceful and luxurious before moving in. Upon moving in I realized the walls are paper thin and I have a neighbor above me who stomps their feet when they walk ALL DAY LONG I know people can be heavy footed but this seems very aggressive and purposeful along with blasting their tv full volume I could literally hear what they were watching. Management is nice and maintenance is great but the apartment itself is cheaply made. It says they are resort style living complex but the apartments have run down appliances that are cheap for a 5 star price. Also the gate clickers never work and the trash sucks they offer valley service with a bunch of rules you pay for it if you use it or not. I want to take the trash myself but they only have two on site and both are too far if you have a heavy trash.
