Chandler is known for its breathtaking mountain views, its clean air, and its excellent location near Scottsdale and Phoenix, with easy access to major freeways.
Chandler is home to a lively Downtown district with three casinos nearby. Chandler also has dance clubs, restaurants geared towards nightlife, and live events. Starting downtown, you can experience an Art Walk on the 3rd Friday of each month.
You can also head over to Wild Horse Pass, Lone Butte, or Vee Quiva Casino. You will find nightclubs inside each casino and live performances by local and famous artist. Lone Butte is home to both Cascades Lounge and Verona Chophouse, known in the valley for their delicious steak cuts and local music talent.

Been here for almost 1.5 years now. No complaints at all!! Be it the leasing office team or the maintenance team, they are all super attentive to any issues (which is very rare) that comes up. A big shout out to Andrew from the leasing office and Sean from the maintenance team.
Working on my 8 year resident status at The Met and couldn't be happier. You can always tell they are improving the property and both the office/maintenance staff are both pleasant and on top of things.

I’ve absolutely loved living in this apartment! From the moment I moved in, it felt like home. The space is bright, clean, and thoughtfully laid out — the natural light throughout the day really makes a difference, and the finishes are modern without feeling cold. The kitchen is especially great for cooking, with plenty of storage and counter space. The building itself is well-maintained and quiet, and I’ve always felt safe here. One of the best parts has been the location — everything I need is just a short walk or drive away, including shops, restaurants, and parks. Plus, parking has never been an issue, and there’s always street parking available for guests. The landlord/property manager has also been responsive, respectful, and easy to communicate with. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live!

I have lived here almost 5.5 years. The first two years, the property was maintained. Not anymore. Holes in walls, sidewalks are filthy and garbage is left on the grounds for days. They certainly don't pick up on a daily. Carpets in hallways are dirty. So many dogs - they outnumber residents. There is still speeding in the parking lot. Property gone downhill.

I wish there was an Amazon package locker. It’s very inconvenient to have to wait until the office is open to get it, especially when you work. Other than that, very happy

Overall, I’ve had a good experience living at the met this last year. They have great amenities and a nice atmosphere. Maintenance is friendly and very quick to fix and issues in the apartment. But there is nights with loud music and the fire alarm for the whole building has been triggered a lot which is frustrating waking up at 2am to evacuate the building.

I was very excited to move into The Met at Fashion Square. I had came to look at the place in October and fell in love with it ever since. I have ran into a some not so nice residents but overall I love my home.

So far the place is ok seemed much more peaceful and luxurious before moving in. Upon moving in I realized the walls are paper thin and I have a neighbor above me who stomps their feet when they walk ALL DAY LONG I know people can be heavy footed but this seems very aggressive and purposeful along with blasting their tv full volume I could literally hear what they were watching. Management is nice and maintenance is great but the apartment itself is cheaply made. It says they are resort style living complex but the apartments have run down appliances that are cheap for a 5 star price. Also the gate clickers never work and the trash sucks they offer valley service with a bunch of rules you pay for it if you use it or not. I want to take the trash myself but they only have two on site and both are too far if you have a heavy trash.

I have been living here for almost 8 years and absolutely love it. My 2/2 apartment is beautiful and only needed a fix with my garbage disposal once, and the maintenance crew was on it so quick to fix it. The office staff is seriously amazing and are always available during business hours to assist you and are so pleasant. It's getting a little tight with everything in this country increasing so I hope I will be able to stay longer when my current lease is up. But for what you receive as far as amenities, you honestly cannot beat the price. It's very hard to find a place like this in a beautiful neighborhood for a lower monthly rate. The office even throws some in some fun food truck nights or gatherings to get to know your neighbors, which I think is great. The pools are beautiful, fire pits, ping pong table, gym, you name it, The Met has it all! I will always recommend this complex to anyone asking about a complex that is more than just renting an apartment!

Everything has been great. The biggest thing I can say is that the elevators frequently are down and many of the outdoor areas smell heavily of dog pee. But overall I feel safe here and it’s quiet
