So far the place is ok seemed much more peaceful and luxurious before moving in. Upon moving in I realized the walls are paper thin and I have a neighbor above me who stomps their feet when they walk ALL DAY LONG I know people can be heavy footed but this seems very aggressive and purposeful along with blasting their tv full volume I could literally hear what they were watching. Management is nice and maintenance is great but the apartment itself is cheaply made. It says they are resort style living complex but the apartments have run down appliances that are cheap for a 5 star price. Also the gate clickers never work and the trash sucks they offer valley service with a bunch of rules you pay for it if you use it or not. I want to take the trash myself but they only have two on site and both are too far if you have a heavy trash.

I have been living here for almost 8 years and absolutely love it. My 2/2 apartment is beautiful and only needed a fix with my garbage disposal once, and the maintenance crew was on it so quick to fix it. The office staff is seriously amazing and are always available during business hours to assist you and are so pleasant. It's getting a little tight with everything in this country increasing so I hope I will be able to stay longer when my current lease is up. But for what you receive as far as amenities, you honestly cannot beat the price. It's very hard to find a place like this in a beautiful neighborhood for a lower monthly rate. The office even throws some in some fun food truck nights or gatherings to get to know your neighbors, which I think is great. The pools are beautiful, fire pits, ping pong table, gym, you name it, The Met has it all! I will always recommend this complex to anyone asking about a complex that is more than just renting an apartment!

My experience as a long time resident has been positive. The pool is brand new and I LOVE the bbq areas. The hot tub is always squeaky clean!

Everything has been great. The biggest thing I can say is that the elevators frequently are down and many of the outdoor areas smell heavily of dog pee. But overall I feel safe here and it’s quiet

Overall, living at The Met was a good experience. The apartment needed a lot of work so I ended up not renewing my lease. But if it wasn’t for work I would’ve considered signing with another apartment here.

Moving to the met is one of the best decisions I decided to make. The office staff in the maintenance team is great. The grounds area is very nice. We got two pools that’s heated, which is very nice in Arizona that you can go swimming and not be freezing in a swimming pool.

I did not HATE living here! However, loud and noisy neighbors made it difficult especially working from home. I also did not like walking out of my building smelling dog urine and seeing dog poop everyday. Lastly, the building fire alarm consistently goes off in the middle of night for 20 minutes was annoying. Elevator was out of order frequently as well. Decent property and location.

Thin floors so upstairs neighbors can be loud, community is great otherwise. The amenities are plenty, and clean. Office staff very helpful, and nice.

I love living at the MET! My apartment feels like a real home and the people who live here are so amazing, Friendly and kind. The grounds are always clean and pretty. Pool is kept sparkling! This is tuly my HOME!

We have lived here since 2017 and have nothing but great experiences. The apartment we live in is the perfect size that gives us plenty of room (2 bed, 2 bath) and the amenities are great. Love the large countertop and all of the stainless steel appliances. I can't say enough positive words about the staff that work here. The office team are wonderful, kind, and understanding. Any time you have a question or have to pick up a package, they do it with a smile and I really have to say that Andrew is great at what he does. The maintenance team are amazing as they are on top of it if you have an issue, they really care to make sure everything is running perfectly. We love what the courtyard has to offer and the pool is wonderful, especially in this crazy heat. I think we have so much more for the residents then so many other places. You really have to take advantage of what we have here. We enjoy living here and hope to stay for many more years to come! Stop by and take a tour.

Great quiet area and the location is convenient. The staff is great and super friendly when it comes to having to fix an issue. Everything is kept clean from the hallways to the elevators to even the landscaping.

We've been staying here at The Met at Fashion Center since April 2024 and it's been a great experience so far. The neighbors and the community as a whole as been great so far. The maintenance team, especially Shaun, has been very supportive and quick in resolving the issues that are raised too. Happy to be part of the community.

Great location and staff, very happy with my apartment as well. The reason for the lack of 5 stars is simply that many pet owners leave pet waste all over the place and the lack of enforcement/clean up is upsetting.

The Met at Fashion Center is a great place to stay as the amneties and service provided are really good. I've been here for more than 6 months and it has been a great experience so far. Also, the response to any concerns or issues raised has been quick and efficient too !! Andrew and Shaun has been amazing at their tasks making our lives easier and peaceful.

I absolutely love living in this apartment complex! The community is welcoming, and the amenities make daily life so much more enjoyable. The gym is well-maintained, and having a pool to relax by is a great bonus. The management team is always responsive and handles any issues quickly and efficiently. I also appreciate how safe and clean the complex is, with beautiful landscaping that creates a peaceful environment. My apartment is spacious and comfortable, with modern finishes that make it feel like home. Plus, the location is perfect, close to shopping, dining, and easy access to major highways. Overall, this complex has exceeded my expectations, and I’m so happy to call it home!
