I had a great experience, I came into the office to come look at a apartment. The leaser (Elisa) was extremely welcoming. She had high positive energy. She showed me a unit it was super cute for me and my roommates!! I love everything about it. She knew a lot about the property too i didn't even need to ask her anything to the point she answered all my questions! We cant wait to move in!

I lived in these apartments for more than 4 years paid rent on time gave my 30 day notice waited to hear back about what my rent would be for the last month. I was told that it would take three days to process three days turned into two months. I was going to pay my last month rent and the utilities on my own. I never got a response from the office they sent my account to their accountant who took my deposit and use it toward the last month rent. I was going to pay that myself so don't expect these people to do the right thing by you they're going to take your deposit and that is what they do they don't care.
The manager is very professional and smart..The apartment community is always neat, Mentainance is fast, very peaceful..Now I dont have to worry about my kids playing outside..Large and spacious rooms with closets..Family friendly
My experience has been wonderful since Ive been a resident here. Any time Ive needed any assistance, theyve always got it handled and in a good time frame.
I have been a resident for 16 years and l love it to the fullest because it's so convenient located for transportation and shopping.
I have been a resident of the Meritage for 15 yrs and l love it because it's centrally located.
Do not move into these apartments. If I had the money saved up I would not renew my lease. Times are difficult and I am stuck here. Its like the projects and the property management only collects rent. Dont expect any type of professional services
The worst place to live worst management worst investment if you have kids . If i can give it 0 stars ill give them with no questions asked
such a beautiful area, especially for it being a "not so nice" town. All of our neighbors are nice and helpful. Not too far from food or shopping
Austin Creek Apartments are well kept I've been here for a year now with no complaints. Good pricing and very spacious rooms. Kid & Pet friendly??
