Randolph is a fairly large town, just inland from Quincy and Weymouth on Interstate 93. The drive to Boston is only about 25 minutes and MBTA rail service is available as well, making it a highly convenient location for commuters or folks who just enjoy the occasional jaunt into the city.
The community itself is mainly residential, with clusters of locally-owned shops and restaurants on the north and south ends of Main Street. Goldstein Open Space and Bertha Soule Memorial Park near the center of town provide terrific grounds for getting outdoors and enjoying some fresh air, and the huge nature preserves near the coast are easily within day trip distance.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations. We appreciate your feedback. -The Meridian Heights Team
The building is modern and the size of the units are great especially compared to other locations in the area. I moved in four months ago and the leasing office is always helpful and responsive. No complaints and a pleasant experience thus far.
Out of control music inside as well as in the parking lot at night. Key fobs don’t work properly, hallways and elevators smell like pot and trash is just left in bags, wherever people leave it.
Has alot of potential if done right, walls are paper thin, nails are exposed throughout the boards along the walls & doors & some are even coming loose. Overpriced rent with no amenities to make up for it besides tiny gym & laundry in unit. A pool or common/game area would of been nice.
This building is extremely noisy. Walls and ceilings seem paper thin. Lots of loud music and you can hear people walking above and conversations through the wall. It’s like a fraternity house. I can’t wait to leave.
The leasing team and maintenance crew are great. Sure, there are a few issues with the appliances and fixtures, but the maintenance jump on it right away and usually make things even better than they were. I'm giving it 3 stars mainly because some tenants just don’t seem to get the whole apartment etiquette thing and don’t really respect the place. Honestly, this building could be a really nice complex with some changes.
Multiple broken amenities in my apartment. A/C is broken. Management is too cheap to even cool off the hallways. They keep them at 78 degrees to save money. Broken dryer, never pulled coaxial cable down to connect to the wall plates. Worst building I’ve ever lived in. I do not recommend!
Beautiful property, with an amazing location and wonderful staff.
Building really nice, units are awesome, Willie was great and helpful. But the prices are crazy, something needs to be done with the pricing…
Willie has been extremely helpful and has answered all my questions. The units are beautiful but the prices are WAY too high.
Leasing staff was very friendly and responsive. Apartment building seems to be reasonably priced and high quality.
