With privacy and exclusivity as our main focus, the building features only nine units for a total of 31 tenants. The newly remodeled Menser Building is on the Historic Register, combining old world charm with modern luxury. The Menser Building has vaulted ceilings, skylights, and large panoramic windows facing Broadway. It is located in the heart of downtown Columbia and is walking distance from all three campuses, as well as restaurants, bars, shops, and banks. Located on the first floor of the building is On The Rocks, Hot Box Cookies and Jimmy John's.
