Property Ratings at The Meadows
Apartments are cheap for the sq ft you get. However, units are not well maintained at all, it takes weeks or months to get anything fixed or done. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. Would definitely not recommend living here.
We went to sign the contract today, but forgot to check the house before signing. Do you know what terrible things happen? The whole carpet wasdisgusting ??, the whole house was smelly, and everywhere is full of dust. The had charge start from today and we can’t even live in there! It’s a nightmare since we decided to rent this apartment and Sarah was the office agent who had take care of us.
I have lived here a year. I’ve had no issues with staff or my home. They are completely on top of all repairs and or property damage. They are friendly and do their very best to make you feel safe and welcomed to come speak to them about any and all concerns. I intend to renew my lease in August and can’t imagine living anywhere else.
Drugs deals out of apartments, they dont care, broken front door? takes 5 weeks to fix. most incompetent management I have ever seen. Stay away from any of their properties.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!! If you are looking to move to the Rockford area....DO NOT rent at a place called Hampton proprites. They have 6 proprties around the Rockford area. The landlord is a penny piching slum lord, when something breaks it takes forever for maintenance to even come and look at it, and when they finally do either they rig it to work for the time being, or tell you at they need to go get the tools and never come back. Rent is way to high for all the problems this place has. not only that, but the fittness center is a joke half of the stuff doesn't work, its dirty, the hot tub here they will tell you that they are trying it fix it, but have no plans what so ever to fit it. You will be charged for 2 months worth of water even thogh you paid it. Also if you do stuff around the proprty for rent credit, it takes forever for them to put it in their system, and well tell you that you still owe x amount without checking their system. I live at one of these 6 propties and this is not even half of what we have went through in the past 3 years we have lives here, it just keeps getting worse and worse.
