Property Ratings at The Meadows
The location is perfect! While you have the convience of a city, you live far enough out to be able to experiece the Black Hills. The apartment are spacious with big kitchens, lots of storage and is very quiet. The management team (Chad and Samantha) were our deciding factors; they went above and beyond to help our move be flawless, they keep the complex clean and updated and are just super friendly.
We moved into The Meadows a couple of months ago (as empty nesters), and so far we've been very happy. Great views, *in building* garages available, resident managers and maintenance, large kitchens, [relatively] quiet apartments... We're very happy with our choice. We've heard of past management issues, but the current managers (Samantha & Chad) are doing a fantastic job, and appear to be improving things day-by-day!
