I’ve had problems with mice and I have brought this to management attention since I moved in almost a year ago and have been dealing with mice in my garage there’s been mouse hole in my garage since I walked through my unit and they refuse to close them

After two years living here, I can recommend not living here. We had problems with garbage collection for over a year. Finally, when they solved that problem, we only enjoyed the pool for a month because the management had introduced the permits late. Therefore we pay a high rental price in order to have benefits that in most of these two years were not covered. We had to leave, because the management did not solve the reason why we had to leave before the end of the contract, and made “justified” use of the fine print of the contract. Therefore they even charged us for our DNA and the way we breathe. Conclusion: don't waste time and money here.

I would choose 0 stars if it were an option!! This is the absolute worst place you could ever rent from!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE. HORRIBLE bug problem, they are not finding a solution to a MAJOR wasp problem inside of our unit(with a baby that also lives here), HORRIBLE trash problem and the dumpster becomes a landfill weekly…. Front office staff is rude and no help- there’s ALWAYS excuses. This is the absolute worst place you could live. Stay far away!!!!

This property is Sublime! I love my spacious stainless steel kitchen, large garage, and the builder had a lady in mind when designing...the closets are all so large and elegant. They do it right here! Don't get me started on the gym. I quit my membership at Planet Fitness -The gym here has more than I use there. It's pool time soon and there are 2 great and very different pools. On the weekends, the whole property smells like smoky BBQ. I am thrilled. After a VERY long search, that was mostly disappointing, I found a home. The leasing ladies were very helpful, even though they were very busy, they took time to make me feel welcome.
My expectations were high based on their website. When I moved in this weekend, I was not Disappointed! SO clean, smelled SO good, I Love My New Home!! Management was great. Thanks So Much Ida and Roxanne for taking all the time with me. I must have been so difficult. But the result was, them making my life better and this process a breeze, despite hiccups! I Love My New Home!!
I work from home so the business center was a delightful surprise (I now have a chic waiting room for my customers, full elegant conference room, Wifi and new loaded computers/printers to use...I look so much more professional). The business center was a lifesaver when I had to wait on Cable guy too. I have been exhausted by the number of wild goose chases some of the apartment finders have sent me to. Pictures don't accurately depict those properties....it was INSANE! The Meadows in North Richland Hills, was such a sight for sore eyes. Pictures were current and the virtual tour was accurate. Descriptions were accurate. Pricing was fair market value (no hidden fees - all was disclosed and reasonable) with the added bonus of all the great amenities (no more gym fees for me), Sand Volleyball, 2 great Pools, full court Basket Ball, Pet park, places to grill all over the property, my private entrance is pure heaven also. Management is personable and on top of complaints....That's a first! They get 5 stars for accomodating all the check boxes on my list.
The lack of parking leave no room to invite guests EVER. The trash area is so embarrassing.
It is a mixture of families and many keep to themselves I believe events would allow residents to interact with each other in the community
The apartment complex tries to maintain a clean look and nice environment overall. The other major thing is the floor plans are closer to being reasonably priced and have actual livable space. I cannot give it any more than 3 stars though, because they need to increase those efforts throughout their responsibilities. The maintenance team is good, but the response time is horrible, the reason is always that they have a lot of requests, but "aren't understaffed". Management is very disorganized all around. Last minute notifications are quite regular from them. They have also reached out twice asking if we were interested in moving in, despite being residents for a few months. Additional parking is a nightmare. There are a few extra spots that are always occupied, so having any kind of guests becomes more difficult. My final significant issue is the overall customer service. The office line is outsourced so you have to work to get a follow up from someone who actually is on the property on the regular. This makes communication way too difficult and painful.

The STAFF here is very kind and helpful. The office LADIES are wonderful! They really listen if you have a concern. The 2 senior Maintenance Managers are super helpful, friendly and very good at their job ! They come fast, listen to what you are needing and fix it ! That is so VALUABLE. Thank you!

Please if you value your privacy and believe that paying rent would provide you a private space that you can enjoy alone DO NOT MOVE HERE. It has been one thing after another with this apartment. After renting for 12 years I can confidently say that I have had more entries into my apartment in 11 months than I have had in the 12 years combined at other properties. Really and truly there is one if not two things a month they will enter your apartment for. Having a pet here is an absolute nightmare because they send emails that they will enter one day, you kennel the pet and go to work just to find out they never arrived and will come other day at their leisure. They outsourced all the maintenance after the snowstorms in February and our apartment wasn’t finished being worked on until Mid July. I’m talking about MAJOR INCONVENIENCE and spotty communication all the way around. Not to mention if you value having a security gate don’t come this way as it’s probably been inactive for 8 of the 12 months I’ve lived here. I could go on and on but I will just advice you to look for a better managed property.

Only real complaint so far is parking. Dog poop is kind of everywhere but that's somewhat expected in a dog friendly apartment community, would be nice if grounds keeping took care of that (though the blame is really on the owners who don't pick up after their dogs). Also seems like grounds keeping doesn't actually mow all the lawn? They just did around the edges last time they were here and left the middle wide open.
The community is gated which makes Makes feel very safe.
I would recommend based on community feel and quiet atmosphere however amenities are it or miss and parking is horrible most families have at least 2 vehicles and sometimes have visitors parking is extremely limited. It would be nice if they would purchase the land in front of the complex and extend parking.
Only things I'm not impressed with so far are the trash situation (ton of trash all over the place near the dumpsters), the lack of parking, and the amount of dog poop around the campus. I'd expect people to be better about picking up after their dogs. Otherwise everything has been great so far!

During the time of COVID the management team lacked communication, I have lived here for a year and I still haven't received a parking permit, they allow cars to be broken down taking up parking spaces, when there isn't enough parking to start with. The neighbors smoke so much pot that you can smell it in other units and the management team does nothing about it. You pay for all of these amenities and don't get to use any of them if you work a 9-5 job because they are only open when the office is. No one picks up after their dogs, so don't let you kids play outside unless you want to clean their shoes every day. Also people drive so fast down the street that it isn't even safe for your kids to play outside. I have done apartment living for going on 13 years and this is by far the worst experience ever. For as much as they charge you would think they would at least put in a safe play area for kids, but you probably wouldn't get to use it since it would close at 5...

lived there for 5 years. Over the past two, the cleanliness and upkeep seem to have gone down hill a bit. And the pool, which used to always be open, was rarely open. The management did not deal w COVID very well long term. I had another apartment at the same time, in Austin, and that community figured out how to open both the pool, office and workout room as the rules allowed. When i departed the Meadows, the office was still closed to residence as was the workout room. And getting the office to return calls once COVID started was difficult. BUT, overall the experience was good and the place met my needs.

It is clean and looks inviting and people always willing to greet you when they see you. Love having a garage. I think that was a big draw for me.

The only issue is parking. When they build these apartments they didn't think about the guest.
I love recommend it because, it's clean, friendly people and safe. Very nice apts
This is a well run community, and apparently trustworthy to maintain a good environment as we go forward. R
Only if they offered a good move in special really...and if they were younger, this place is turning into a college like complex...another reason we are leaving.

Very amazing staff super friendly. Maintenance requests were fulfilled in a timely manner. The apartment itself is very nice. I love the 24 hour fitness facility. I also like the pool/hot tub but it’s rarely open. When it was open the hot tub was broken (was ice cold broken heater) and was never fixed and it’s been 3 months

I would because it is safe and there is no loud music
On the day of move in, we called to make sure that we were ready to move in. We were told yes, but when we arrived, our keys had been lost. New keys had to be made before we were able to move in. It was disappointing.
I would recommend the apartment community based on the wonderful service from Wanda, the nice apartment and the pool, work out room, computer room and gathering spaces.
Staff, is great, maintenance was prompt and professional. Community is well kept and apartment is nice and renovated nicely.
Pretty great location. Lots of amenities for us to be able to enjoy. It is 4 minutes from the North East Mall. Less time than that to get to Kroger, Wal-Mart or Target. Great space, great staff, maintenance has always been good.

From the first time we met Sheryl (spelling?) until now every person we have met is very courteous and professional. It is very apparent tenants are valued.
It is close to freeways, dining, schools and grocery stores.
The community is nice, good location, floor plans and amenities are wonderful.
