    I have experiences a few apartment complexes in the Tampa area and The MAV has gone above and beyond in every way. Previous complexes I’ve experienced don’t care about residents and you’re just a rental payment. This is far from the case at The MAV. Any issue or concern I have is addressed immediately and exceeds expectations. You get what you pay for here which I can’t say for any other apartment I’ve been a part of. I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for an elevated living experience in an amazing location.

    Great apartment complex

    I moved to Tampa, Florida, from Washington, D.C., in August and had an apartment fiasco with a different complex. In a stressful situation, I turned to The MAV, and I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Tanner and Victoria were incredibly helpful and understanding, making the entire process quick and seamless. The move-in process was smooth, and the community has exceeded my expectations. Everyone here is so kind and friendly, which makes it feel like home. I truly have nothing bad to say about this apartment complex. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

    Sure.... I was able to complete the entire process of moving to the MAV from a thousand miles away entirely via phone and email. The MAV's team held special pricing for me for a significant while so that I could have a great apartment deal and removed the pressure of finding housing and signing a lease last minute. Everything at the MAV has matched or exceeded my expectations in housing and the residence is situation in a great location in Tampa for new Florida residents to establish themselves.

    Terrible experience living here.

    The management team is completely unprofessional and indifferent to residents' needs. Maintenance requests are ignored for weeks, and when they do address them, it's a temporary fix that never lasts. The promised amenities are a joke; the gym equipment is outdated and often out of service. The walls are paper-thin; you can hear every conversation from neighboring apartments, making it impossible to have any peace and privacy. Not to mention, the parking situation is chaotic, with limited spots for residents. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a place to live.

    Living here has been a nightmare.

    The management is completely incompetent and disrespectful. They don't care about tenant concerns and are only interested in collecting rent. Maintenance is a joke; it takes forever for them to fix anything, and even then, it's a shoddy job. The building itself is falling apart—constant plumbing issues, mold problems, and the heating and cooling systems never work properly. The promised security measures are laughable; anyone can enter the building without any checks. Don't be fooled by the superficial appearance; this place is a disaster waiting to happen. Save yourself the stress and find a better-managed place to call home.

    Stay away from this place!

    The management team here is incredibly rude and unhelpful. They couldn't care less about tenants' concerns.     My new favorite place in Tampa ??

    I just moved in April 1st and am LOVING it. Honestly the team here killed it during the leasing process and continues to impress me. Victoria Was my leasing consultant and was SOOOO helpful during my process. She was super attentive even tho I had an army of questions and wanted to tour several times. I had a quick turn around for my move and she got everything together and got me moved in when I needed to. Big shout out to her and the amazing front desk staff. The apartment did have a couple small issues moving in with plumbing, but the building is new and they were all fixed super quick. The maintenance staff were friendly and helpful as well. Building is great, gym is great, and everything is new and super nice! Love it here ??
