This is the best property I've ever. This place is clean, safe, and great layout floor plan apartment. All staffs are best of the best all the time.

Nice gym and swimming pool is remarkable to have in yr community.And classes here to is a plus.

Exceptional. I was hoping to purchase a home this year, but as the prices and rates rose I had to postpone it. But choosing to move to The Mason Flats made it a bit easier to accept the delay. So far, I have no regrets and feel very GRATEFUL to call this home??????

The Mason has been a home for me and my children. They both grew up here and finished their high school years. We have moved three times within the complex and have been happy with every unit so far. The front office staff is amazing as well as maintenance staff always available to fix whatever is necessary. Love the community and everybody is very friendly and especially love the amenities and the events that are put on by the front office staff. I always recommend this complex to friends and family and will continue to do so as we continue to stay here. We definitely can call this place home.

The community facilities including well-equipped gym room, heated swimming pool, gas-barbecue, playgroup and club house are nicely maintained. The apartment is clean and energy efficient. The location of the apartment is super convenient to access the highway, grocery shopping (walking distance) and downtown Pleasanton. The staffs are very friendly and responsive. We also enjoy the community events including food trucks and holiday celebrations.

Repair issues have been addressed promptly and properly.

Camille and her Team of professional have been more than accommodating to all the request. I have been nothing but over stratified The view of the ridge and the surrounding are good the quality staff at Mason Flats Pleasanton is outstanding

Nice apartments, safe environment, very convenient grocery shopping, nice fitness center and pool, and close to a community park.

Very nice environment and surroundings and generally very quiet. Club house with pool etc exceptional if only we could use pool and hot tub (Covid.) Appreciate holiday gifts like candy on Halloween etc from Mgmt. Maintenance very responsive. Nice residents and great Nextdoor group!

The Mason Flats at Township Square is quiet, clean, in walking distance of Safeway, eating establishments, and park. It is an excellent location to reside. The neighbors are friendly and the leasing staff are professional and courteous.

We have been living here for many years. Now I,m moving to bigger unit at same property. Really like the community and very grateful to be here. I have a lot of respect for the great staff, very pleasant, helpful, sincere and they do care very much about the tenants and the community. New manager Camille is the manager, and you can tell she really does care to make every person feel safe and at home. She is always showing what is the best example of property manager. Rose is one of the best leasing agents here, she constantly checks in on you after your move. Robby just the best because he remember every resident and welcomes everyone with a warm smile in the morning and at night. The grounds keeper Cesar, Artist, is always looking out for the residents. The maintenance men Oscar is always very professional, nice and quick with any requests you put in. When you live here, you just feel at home because of the staff. Every staff member will know you by name, they will always check up on you. Great resident neighbors.

I'm a retired widow and have been at Mason Flats for 4 years. I love the community, the leasing office staff, and my one bedroom apartment. It's perfect for me. I always feel safe, and when an issue arises maintenance is prompt. The community is clean, safe, pet friendly. My grandkids love to visit and play on the playground. I'm happy to call Mason Flats my home.

I don't feel we should be praying full price for our rent since since March we have not used the club house at all. Not even barbecues. People moved here to have those available. Due to corvic that has not been possible.

One of the most spacious place to live in Pleasanton Area.

The location of the property is great as is Pleasanton. The management of the property is poor and the idea of "community" versus the actual experience are completely different. The office staff are nice but have little authority to affect any issue and thus the experience living here is very impersonal.

So far all the issues I found can be fixed promptly and nicely. Satisfied.

Units are modern and nicely maintained; Management pays attention to keeping community neat and clean; management and maintenance respond quickly to maintenance and other issue; lots of fun community activities and friendly neighbors. Highly recommend!

This property is one of the best in this area. Especially, leasing office staffs and maintenance staffs are doing great job all the time. They are all professional and kind to make this property safe and greater!!!

The property truly seems to do their best, but Im reminded, more than Id like, how much I need to trasition back into home-ownership.

Poor management, staff are not sure what to do. Do not know how to communicate and your problems within the appartment seem to not matter to them. They only care about showing new residents. Half the time the office is shut as they are showing new residents (probably because so many leave!)

Mason is in wonderful complex that has incredible amenities and incredible staff. They make you feel like youre at home here with social activities.

The Mason Flats is a great place to live... my experience has been fantastic.

We have been Mason residents since a year and are looking forward to our renewal this year. The apartments are new and the surroundings are kept neat and well maintained.The property Manager Marisol and the Leasing Professional Hannah go above and beyond their expectations.The maintenance guy Joseph does his job really well.The maintenance issues are addressed immediately.They are all nice and friendly people.There are community events happening throughout the year.The swimming pool, club house are well maintained too.My kid loves it here and has made many friends.It's a family oriented community in a very nice neighborhood and we are very satisfied with our stay.

Loved living here. It was very close to highways and yet was quiet and felt like a home. Beautiful brand new apartments. I felt safe living here which is very important to me. I also loved the amenities and the management staff were friendly, efficient and seemed to love their jobs.
