The lease staff were soooo helpful, flexible, friendly & professional. They made a difficult move so much easier by being so accommodating. The Marq is a beautiful property & the apartments are very well appointed. I love that they allow pets.

The apartment complex is in a convenient location with decent amenities. The interior and exterior of the apartments are well maintained and appear nice. Unfortunately there is a large homeless population that lives in the woods around the complex. If you are a light sleeper you need to either be in a top floor apartment or find somewhere else to live.

With my more than three years resident of The Marq Property I can say that there sometimes human challenges but with accommodating one another as a team I have felt that this is the best of be tenancy, very friendly Neighbors, Caretakers who always greet you and work hard no matter what situation out there, they're always busy. The office representative demonstrate knowledgeable, willing to address any issues, the landscapers do a marvelous job, it's so! so beautiful out there. I feel a beautiful atmospheric when getting in and out of the premises.
I always appreciate that the reps are willing and able to accommodate my schedule when I put in for a service request.
The Marq is such a wonderful place to live. The people are friendly and really go above and beyond for the residents.
The ceilings are paper thin and we can hear everything going on in the apartment above us. I would not recommend this apartment complex because of this. Otherwise, it would be a very nice place to live.
Beautiful place to live very peaceful just a bit on the expensive tip...and our parking options can be better.
I left a message last week requesting a call back to schedule a tour and no one has called me back. That is an indication of poor customer service.
Great location to shopping and restaurants in the area such as Costco, Safeway, Walmart, The Ram, Thai food, and Pho. Also extremely convenient to reach I-5 north or south easily. Have no issues with neighbors or finding a close parking spot near the apartment. Quiet neighbors and friendly management who have been able to help with any problems.

Nice floor plan. Spacious. Affordable. Nice community amenities, when they are available after pandemic is over.
By far the worst apartment complex I have ever had the misfortune of living in. One particular staff member is professionally rude for lack of better terms when dealing with residents. I have had multiple issues during my short time living in the complex with very little if anything being done to actually resolve the issue.
