The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Mark Culver City
The property itself is decent and affordable. What makes it just ok is that the leasing manager and staff come across as odd somehow. Not exactly a Norman Bates feel but not a comfortable one either. Also past problems with the elevator always breaking down and noise issues make this a "renter beware" kind of situation.
I used to live in this building for 3 years with my husband. we had to move due to our work , we were so sad to leave that apartment. over 3 years ago when we were looking for a spacious and affordable apartment , it was almost impossible to fit our needs. we looked more than 100 places. We were desperate ! But when we found this apartment and met the manager, Harold. we knew this was the place we wanted to take.. not only the apartment itself , manager's amazing warm hearted personality. I checked reviews of the apartment and all the reviews was talking about how great he is.. and it was absolutely right .. Now the apartment ownership changed so the name of the apartment building has changed. but manager is still here,. One of the most caring person I have met ever in my life. I moved to maybe over 10 different places in 20 years since I moved to LA. He is best of the best. All the residents talk about how much he is really there for us. He is super understandings and he is like our life counselor. He is always there for everyone. I recommend anyone to live in this place . Now new management is renovating old stuff.., new floor and bathroom and kitchen .. super clean.. I can say one of the best and biggest space you can get in Los Angles area , I wish I were still there.,. Thanks Harold for all the care!! You are the best manager !! Not only a great manager, always there for us.
