Property Ratings at The Manstan
I’d leave zero stars if I could. I had a terrible experience living here. The management is unresponsive, maintenance requests take forever to be addressed, and the noise levels are unbearable. The amenities are constantly broken, and the overall cleanliness of the complex is poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I have been a resident in this building for the past 3 years. The location is outstanding - within a walking distance from CWRU campus, and within minutes from 2 grocery stores (Marc's and Dave's market). The building is quiet which is perfect for graduate students. The maintenance issues are fixed within 24 hours. The maintenance is professional and pleasant to interact with. Unlike other leasing companies I had experience with, Property Investment Company is professional and responsive. The building is very warm in winter and the heat is included into rent which is important for graduate students like me. The streets around the building are well-lit and nice to walk on. New windows were installed in the whole building in Spring 2020. The 4th floor gets a lot of natural light as there are 4 windows in the living room, 2 windows in the dining room, and 2 windows in the kitchen).
