The Mansions at Canyon Ridge

This place was great when we moved in. This year they got a waitlist and there has been a tremendous change in attitude toward the residents. The disruption from maintenance is constant and I’ve heard complaints from several neighbors about staff on lifts popping into windows without warning. Recently the office sent out an email asking all residents to take down Christmas decorations. Today they went around tearing them down without any conversation. After a terrible year of COVID isolation in which the pool was closed for most of the summer and the gym was open by schedule-only, the fact that we can’t put up some string lights is putting a lot of people over the edge.

Have lived here for 3 years now and it’s the best apartment I have lived so far. Clean and beautiful homes. Located right next to a state forest. Excellent staff. Can’t find anything to complain. And most importantly all the luxury at a very affordable price.

My father-in-law lived in a 1 bd/1 ba garden style apartment with attached garage for 2 years in which I visited frequently. His unit had everything he needed, stainless steel appliances including microwave, washer and dryer in unit, fireplace, and a nice patio. This place was so peaceful, set-back from the main road, and the girl (in the office) treated him with the upmost respect and prompt service if he needed anything. His maintenance issues were handled right away with professionalism! The snow removal was always prompt so there was never an issue of safety. I would HIGHLY recommend this place! It was definitely worth the price!

My husband and I lived at Canyon Ridge for 1 year prior to moving out of the country. We had a great experience there and would live there again if we ever ended up back in this part of the country. The place was excellently maintained and the staff was wonderful. We had very few maintenance issues and the ones we did have were swiftly dealt with. The snow removal was handled very well. We would highly recommend living here.

I lived at Canyon Ridge for 3 years, one in a single, two in a double. I was a resident physician working at the nearby Baystate Medical Center. I knew 5 other physicians who lived here so I actually signed my lease over the phone without even looking at the place because they told me it was outstanding. It is very new so everything is in top condition; from big things like a nice pool, tennis and basketball courts, to small things like built-in-the-wall vacuum cleaners, in unit washers and driers, fireplaces (seriously!), either a balcony or patio, it is the best place I have lived (after living in apartments for the past 9 years). It is in a random location which means there is not much to do around it, but it means it is pretty quiet, which was good for me personally. It is only 10-15 minutes to Enfield, CT, which had all my needs (barnes and nobles, target, chipotle, etc). It was also close to Longmeadow, which had Max Burger and Ume Sushi that I would frequent as well, and the basketball hall of fame had a few restaurants too. I would highly recommend this place if you want a very safe, very well maintained facility with nice amenities (pool, gym, tennis court, basketball), as long as you are OK with the price. (Oh, and there was a decent chinese restaurant nearby called Mei Tzu - check it out!)

I've lived at the mansions for 4 years and love it here . The grounds are beautifully kept, the facilities well maintained and the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. It's worth the extra cost to live in a top tier development like this one.

I have lived at the Mansions for about a year now and I have no complaints! It is a bit off the beaten path which provides security and comfort; however, it is only minutes from Enfield which has all of the basic shopping needs, restaurants, mall, etc. Concerning the price, I believe it is an exceptional value and heres why. In this area you can expect to pay 750-900 for an apartment which will be much older, and less aesthetically pleasing. At The Mansions, you get a Garage, on demand water heater, Snow Removal without having to move your vehicle, a decent fitness center, nature trail, and swimming pool. These amenities are easily worth the few hundred dollars extra.
