When I first came to visit this place my wife was very excited and I said to her let's keep searching to see if there is any other place similar like this or better. We sought, spent time and I finally realized that the Manor should be the best choice cause is atractive, quiet, nice and connvenient to any family (small or big). Hapoy to be appart of this community.
I have been staying in this community from last 8 years and I can proudly say that the living experience is really amazing here. Support staff is great, neighbors are awesome. I definitely recommend this community to others
I wish I could go higher than 10 for the rating. This community and the management and staff are absolutely wonderful. The staff here at The Manor are a bunch of beautiful people and they present themselves as perfect balances so that you the renter feel appreciated, wanted, heard, and understood but you as the renter also leave any meetings/phone calls/interactions feeling fully informed and comfortable and confident. The staff here are professional and warm, understanding and clear/concise in their communication style, and kind. The staff here are so kind. The units themselves are beautiful. The neighborhood is wonderful, the neighbors are friendly. It is the place that I first came after having to start all over and it's the first place I have been confident and happy to proudly call my home.

The Manor at Downingtown is a great place to live. I feel safe walking around the community and to the clubhouse. The amenities at the clubhouse are great and a wonderful place for my family to enjoy.

Be aware for paying a paycheck for move out charges. Worst move out experience over charging for wear and tear as well as the apartment problems that were not noticed. I had my bed placed on the corner and found out that water leaked from the bottom of the walls to the carpet and noticed only on move out and charged for damages caused because its not reported as this i found out on move out day. They think the tenant has to take out all their belongings away from walls and should check where all the leaks that they will not mention apartment will have leaks but its your part to check for leaks and report. this unknown thing has damaged my bed frame on top of it these guys sent me about $700 charges for carpet change and clean the that wall shown here in the picture. I have explained it was happened coz of water leakage from bottom of the wall that i have no clue because of the bed i have placed and it happened under bed..one time they said no evidence of placing the bed and i shown them bed frame leg marks in the same picture they shown, later they said i am covering up my mistake and when i asked the proof that its not happening from water leakage of walls from bottom again they said you are not notified when dropping the key on last day and when i went next day morning already work started but its just that last minute i have not notified otherwise they would have prevented the damage in that one day which is office closing day.. what a conversation i had and they just need the money. I have decided to donate money ON MY DUE DATE after having the worst conversion with these guys as i don't know how to defend it legally and that's their strength. knowing its their fault. PLEASE DON'T GET MONEY FROM TENANTS FOR YOUR APARTMENT ISSUES AND YOU CLEARLY KNOW IN THIS CASE ITS NOT MY DAMAGE !! ITS SHAME THAT CHARGING TENANTS FOR YOUR OWN PROBLEMS They blame you saying you are telling the stories and when asking proof that they are correct they need legal channels to answers . wahhhhh....

Regarding the charges you've mentioned, our move-out inspection process is designed to assess the condition of the unit and identify any damages that may have occurred during your tenancy. In this particular case, it appears that there were issues with the carpet and walls that were not reported prior to your move-out. The issue of a leak was only brought to our attention after damage charges were assessed. We have investigated the area after your report and we have not found any evidence of a leak While we understand that you may feel differently about the situation, we believe that the charges assessed were fair and in accordance with our lease agreement. If you have further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our property management office.
I have officially lived here for a little over a month, the community is quiet and everyone I’ve met has been very friendly. The common areas are not over crowded, the pool as been one of my favorite places to be the past few weeks!

Faced some maintenance issues at move in but the staff has been super attentive and responsive in regard to fixing the problem and making sure our living situation is the best it can be!
loving to be here in Downingtown!! Everything is close by, starting from parks to groceries to schools. Kids got lots of activities to do as well.
Convenient location, spacious units, professional on-site staff. On-site pool, fitness, and conference center. Definitely worth taking a tour.

I like living at The Manor because the residents that I have met have all been very friendly, and the rent is reasonable compared to other apartment complexes in the area. The limited interactions I have had with the staff have been good. My recommendation would be to add a fenced-in area where all the pups could run around off-leash (there are plenty of pups in the complex to utilize this!). I like how the staff coordinates gatherings and events but maybe offering more on a Saturday would encourage higher attendance - for me, I do not get done work until later during the week so I can never attend. Overall I enjoy living at The Manor and look forward to another year here.

The manor is a superb living community with beautiful landscaping,the houses are super spacious and the big windows give the perfect views. Overall the apartment is the best move in decision I made.

Amy was amazing! She corresponded with me for back and forth and was so timely and helpful, making this move so much easier than my past experiences. The place is beautifully renovated with spacious kitchens, I love it so far!
Very safe and clean neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. No complaints. My kids love it too. Definitely worth the price to live there. I'd recommend to anyone.
We had a great tour around the place, very nice crew members in the leasing office, quite neighborhood and such a good experience since we moved.
The apartments are well kept and feel spacious because of high ceilings and lots of hidden storage. Parking is very easy and it is a great location. I can hear the sounds of cars since it’s on a highway, but the walls aren’t thin for hearing neighbors.

just moved in, but i’m so happy. the layout of my apartment is beautiful. staff is very nice!! i had to have maintenance come to replace batteries and they came within 12 hours and fixed the issue.
Choosing to move to the Manor of Downingtown has been a very positive experience. There are so many things that I was looking for in a new community that I found here. Our open floor plan gives the apartment a larger feel, the community is safe and dog friendly. There is a pool, gym and business center with computers and a printer. The grounds and apartments are well maintained and it is close to shopping, dining and entertainment.
The apartment is great especially the balcony is huge in a 1bed with Den. The one and only issue I have is the bath tub, it creeks and makes lot of noise.
This is a nice enough complex for families etc. and the only reason they did not get a higher score is the effort I have to put in to file a noise complaint for my loud neighbors.
Great Apartments to live!!The bedroom was a sanctuary of comfort, featuring plush carpeting and enough room to fit a king-sized bed comfortably. The en-suite bathroom was a luxurious retreat, boasting contemporary fixtures, elegant tiling.
The apartments are well kept, well structured, and the grounds have lots of amenities. Maintenance is very responsive and front office staff is helpful.
I've lived here a couple years now and I LOVE it! The office staff is friendly and professional, the ground are kept clean and orderly, it's safe, great location, great amenities. And the GYM IS AMAZING

Generally pleasant place to live––good location, good landscaping for the most part, and great exercise facilities and pool. Conveniently close to stores, train station, and turnpike.
So far very happy with my experience. Spacious apartment with plenty of natural light, love the balcony, management has been great to work with, grounds are well maintained and pretty spacious. The neighbors I’ve met so far have been welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
