Come live the beach lifestyle. First and last months rent plus one month rent for security deposit required. Must submit for credit check and pay $25 non-refundable application fee. Space for one car only is provided with the unit. No on street parking available. Small cats and dogs considered. A $250 sliding scale non-refundable fee will be charged for pets. Landlord pays for water, sewer and trash
