The Majestic at Downtown Baldwin Park

Moving into The Majestic at Downtown Baldwin Park was an amazing experience! The leasing team made the entire process seamless, special shoutout to Jamie. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and great views. The amenities are top-notch, including a great pool and fitness center. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Baldwin Park, with easy access to great dining, shopping, and parks. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here and highly recommend The Majestic to anyone looking for luxury, convenience, and a great community!

I’ve been a resident at The Majestic for the past two years, and I’ve had a great experience. The property has an overall welcoming atmosphere. The management team is always professional and responsive to any questions or maintenance requests. I also appreciate the convenience of the location—it's just a walk to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The community here is fantastic; my neighbors are friendly, and there are regular social events that really foster a sense of connection. Overall, I’m very happy with my living experience, and I would highly recommend The Majestic to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping, and dining options. The customer service, maintenance responsiveness, pools & gyms and overall environment have been an excellent addition to my lifestyle.

Challenging place to live. No trash service must take garbage down the elevator to dumpster. Elevator broken often. Upon moving out refuse to return deposit chasing it for six months already.

Horrible place to live. Would not recommend to anyone. My ceiling leaked for 9 months before it was fixed (only due to it caving in). There was mold for the longest time and when asked about rent reduction due to the literal hole in my ceiling I was told to contact my renters insurance. Wish I had never moved in.

I have lived here for a month, and I'm loving it!! But the best part has to be the location everything is downstairs on the main floor of the building!! Lake Baldwin is perfect to exercise and unwind after work super friendly neighbors

not a "Luxury" community at all. Old apartments, filthy hallways, elevator breaks often, dog poop and pee throughout the property, and homeless people sleeping right out front. The apartment is loud with bars downstairs with music playing until 1:00am on weeknights and until 3:00am on weekends.

Beyond disappointed with the staff, the complex and how they will hustle you out of your deposit. Leasing agents are constantly rude. We moved in and not long after received letters on our door explaining "new cost" things that were not in the lease agreement. Pretty sure that alone is illegal. Things that were in our contract like 50$ key replacement was Billed at 100$. They will do anything and everything to take whatever you put down. I have very detailed pictures and will attach some if I can. We left the place perfect. Cleaned and ready to go. Moved out. Almost 2 months later still have not received an itemized list of why we didn't get our money back. This place was a constant pain with grounds not well kept, elevators going out, people breaking into buildings, setting off fire alarms, etc. they won't respond via email and ask who you are like they've never met you before, once you leave. Please stay far away. You work too hard to have this company and its employees take advantage of you. Look around at other reviews. So many complaints about them taking money. It's nonsense and should be avoided at all cost

Baldwin park is amazing! A lovely little corner of the world that has much to offer.. Restaurants, shops, grocers, bars, and an abundance of beauty. The lake and parks are my favorite! The Majestic properties only make your living experience even more happy.. Beautiful buildings, clean, quiet, great designs and a wonderful staff ( both management and maintenance) I've been here well over a year, and am quite happy!

I have been living at The Majestic for about 6 months, I love it! The mgt co is great! They made my move easy and pleasant ..( thanks Alexia and Anthony) the maintenance staff are always helpful and nice.. Very prompt with repairs! The building is beautiful!! Always clean! I adore my apt.. And cute deck! The neighborhood is lovely.. Restaurants and shops nearby.. And that lake! Love my morning and evening strolls! .. Also great other close areas, Winter Park, Altamonte... Abundant in restaurants and shops! Baldwin park is also close enough to some nice beaches... My fav is Coca Beach! I love Baldwin park and am happy to say that I consider this little nook my home!

The majestic is an amazing place located in the heart of Baldwin Park in downtown Orlando. The apartments are located above the local businesses. The area is safe and there is a large lake with walking trail about 300 yards away. The area is filled with high-end restaurants and the publix grocery center is right around the corner also in walking distance. The small town is very dog friends even having their own doggie events. The neighbors are very friendly. The area is beautiful with lots of sidewalks perfect for a stroll to look at the beautiful houses in the area. Also the lake has a large dog park for your furry family members. There is always something going on during the weekends. There are 5ks hosted around the lake. And every first Friday of the month they have a huge event for local businesses to introduce their merchandise to locals and there is music and dancing as well There are special movie nights with large screen on the grass. Baldwin Park is a great place to call home. There are 3 schools elementary, middle, and high school in the area. There is plenty to do, you will never get bored here. I love it and all of the staff at the Majestic have been amazing. Maintenance is super fast to address any concerns. The apartments are very clean with a cleaning crew that cleans the hallways and windows each week. Overall, this place is simply amazing and has so much to offer. I am very pleased with my experience here and I have been here for about 1 year.
