Property Ratings at The Magnolia at Georgetown
The vibration from the neighbor's ceiling fan is too loud. Especially at night, it feels like you're sitting inside the washing machine. There are cockroaches. Also, during the summer, we had a problem with crickets coming into the unit constantly and in large numbers. The dumpster gate door sometimes bangs against the dumpster bins by the winds. Especially at night, you can't sleep because of the banging noise. The quality of the tap water is poor. There was a time when I didn't even want to brush my teeth. The management charged me for something they shouldn't have. I asked for an explanation, but they've never given me one. The management is rude and doesn't care about tenant frustration. It's exhausting to communicate with them.
The new owners decided to put up carports with no notice. It’s been a month since they have started them and they limited the amount of parking available. It’s already bad enough parking in here without them holding so many spots for so long. Asked the leasing staff about it and it’s been one lame excuse after another. The new management is absolutely awful and can’t answer any questions as they don’t know what they are doing

This place is amazing. I absolutely love living here and the management is top notch. The rooms are also very clean and maintenance is very attentive. They also host the best events, candies and snacks they provide never fail! I love it so much and I know anyone else looking for a place would too!
Our pool & gym are very nice, especially for an apartment complex, and are very well maintained. They do a good job of keeping them clean & adding to them to ensure we are happy!

The new management team is amazing. When the complex was working on transitioning the front office was working on some issues with our billing system. I called up to the front office and the worker was kind and was able to take care of my questions. They even followed up in an email to update me personally on the situation too. Maintenance has also been very quick to look at issues (if any) in the apartment.

The place is well kept and always looks great when walking around, the dog park is really spacious and good for big dogs. They also have a side for smaller dogs!

The Maganolia At Georgetown is The perfect place to live very peaceful and great place to live wonderful neighbors and nice office staff.
Moved in a year ago, office staff was so nice, process was quick and easy. There were some pretty cool move in incentives too! My move in was seamless. We have monthly events on the property to get to know your neighbors which is pretty cool, free food who doesn’t like that? I mean it’s free, nice big gym to get your workout on, located near everything you need in town. I was new to Texas and had not experienced HEB, let me just say it is the mojo of grocery stores, they literally have EVERYTHING! Any service calls I’ve had regarding my apartment, they were addressed immediately. I don’t have any complaints about this lovely property at all. I hope you love it here as much as I do!
I love the amenities at The Magnolia at Georgetown they recently just added a peloton bike in the gym which is awesome!!! They also have a convenient coffee bar in the lobby area! The community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community.

I have lived here a little over a year. It's a great place to live, and super pet friendly. The staff has always been so great whenever I have needed help with anything. It’s a safe place to live and easy access to the freeway. The community events are so fun and the property is very clean and kept up. I would highly recommend.

This is the first apartment complex that I actually moved into my entire life to the staff is friendly, the residents are very welcoming and friendly. And the overall establishment is great.
We have lived here since April 2024 So far everything has been great .
I truly recommend this place specially if you are flying out of the nest for the first time! It gives you a good start with almost everything you need amenity wise! There’s many also fun events hosted you can participate in!! My husband and I and our fur babies really love it here!!
Apartments are beautifully made! Management always seems to keep the complex in tip top shape. I will say it’s one of the best apartments I’ve lived in.
The Magnolia staff is very warm and welcoming and are quick to answer questions and address any issues. Neighbors are also very welcoming and as this is a pet friendly facility, they have embraced my dog and I as warm friends.
I absolutely love this apt. Complex. They worked with me and made the seemingly impossible possible and I'm in a place of my own without help from anyone and I couldn't be happier! Plus Costco is right across the street which is a bonus!!!
Hello I currently live here for about 6 months. I have had no problems so far. I do wish the pool could stay open till 11pm. Staff is always friendly when I go on walks.
The staff is very nice and welcoming. The units are also really nice and new! Very impressed with the amenities especially the pool and gym. Great place to call home!
