The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Lyle
I’ve lived here for 2 years, and unless there’s a complete change in management, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The office never answers the phone, the lawn is consistently neglected, and despite being charged a monthly pest control fee, no pest control service has come by in over 6 months. The bug problem is out of control — I’ve had an infestation since I moved in, and even though I’ve reported it multiple times, nothing has been done. It’s clear management just doesn’t care. After speaking with other residents, I’ve learned this isn’t just my experience. Several people have said their dogs have gotten fleas and worms after visiting the dog park — which clearly isn’t being maintained or treated properly. Everyone I’ve talked to who lives here says the same thing: it’s becoming unlivable. We pay rent every month, but there’s no follow-through on basic upkeep or tenant concerns. This place desperately needs new leadership.
I submitted an inquiry about an apartment here and the leasing manager was extremely helpful! She was kind, prompt and thorough with the tour she assisted me with. I highly recommend checking out this residency if you are searching for your next home!
The previous manager Sophia was great, however the new management has been very dishonest. My lease didn't get renewed after living there for 3 years because they "needed to remodel". I had already paid for future months rent and I was told before I left if I cleaned up (which I did) I would get the months rent back and my deposit back. Now they are trying to keep my money and not give anything back. I will be filing a complaint with the housing authority and proceeding with litigation as I have documents proving everything. Not trustworthy people

We appreciate the feedback. We will use this to improve.
Do not move here. This complex has changed its names multiple times, which speaks for itself. The Alexandria has a reputation of kicking their tenants out for frivolous reasons. The building I lived in had 8 differents homes in it. In a 3 month time period, 4 tenants in my building were kicked out without receiving any of their deposit back. The police officer on the premises illegally threatens tenants to scare them into moving out instead of fighting their eviction notice. This is illegal because evictions are strictly a responsibility of the sheriff's department. There is definitely some fishy business going on here.
Love living here. Close to the beach, parks, restaurants, retail stores, and schools. Very family oriented and one of the few apartment complexes that are pet friendly as well.
