Property Ratings at The Luxe Residential
I lived here for a year and it was a very clean, well taken care of property in the center of the NOHO Arts District. They always had a cleaning staff come each week to keep it up to par. The management team was also very kind and attentive!
I stumbled upon Luxe because I needed a shorter-term lease (they offer as short as 6 months, which is rare). I very much enjoyed my 6 months here. The on-site manager, Maria, is communicative and responsive. The building is clean, well-maintained, and was built in 2020 so feels very new. Can't overstate how nice it was to have a great property manager - those are rare. The only downside is parking is not included, and rather steep at $175/month without any promotions. Overall, would love to live here again in the future if the budget allows for it.
I’ve been here since it opened in 2020 and signed another year lease! Management and maintenance staff are extremely helpful. Building is well maintained and tenants are highly vetted. I look forward to another year here at The Luxe
We stumbled upon The Luxe in 2021 and loved the new building and modern design. The apartment treated us well for the 1.5 years we stayed - the parking and building made us feel very safe. It's conveniently located near a ton of restaurants and places to go. The highlight of our time here was the exceptional customer service we received from the on-site Resident Manager and Maintenance Tech. They were both very courteous, easy to work with, and communicate well.
This complex offers a 6 month lease, which is very rare in the area. The rent is not too high, considering it was built in 2020, although parking is not included. It is well managed by a corporation, and the resident manager Maria is exceptionally responsive, caring and keeps the complex super clean. Noise from residents is almost a non-issue, and I experienced no unpleasant residents. The street is homeless-free, and feels safe at all times, however, it can be frequently congested.
Manager and maintenance staff live on site. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent response time from management. So happy we picked this building!
