We’ve lived here for a year and going on to our second year! The space is great especially for our growing family! It sucks that we aren’t able to have our own grills anymore, but we’re excited that our newborn gets to grow here for another year!
I've been here for a few months and its a very nice community. Close to everything and most of all clean and quiet. The manager and maintenance guy are really helpful even with the smallest of things.
Move in was great, and have no problems. New management is amazing and very helpful.
Nice modern look! Management seems to be on top of thing.

I have lived here for a little over 2 years now and I work from home (my flat here) and it’s just the perfect place to be. It’s a nice neighborhood, quiet, close to everything you may need (schools, stores, etc.) Also, the apartments/townhomes look great in comparison to how I hear they used to be before this became The Lux. Lastly, the new property management company that recently took over has made so many changes/improvements and their response time is excellent. The property manager, Abbigail, has been nothing but knowledgeable and professional. I’m from the QC, but somehow living over here, I forget that I live in the QC.
Been here over a year it’s kid friendly my children have plenty of friends the schools are close they provide washer and dryer the apartment is spacious with storage and stainless steel appliances with dishwasher there also pet friendly with a dog park and the one thing I love is the key code for the doors no more keys ??
This is a good property to stay, the management is good and issues are resolved quickly if it occurs. Laundry is great and is free for tenants. Parking is always availble.

It's nice as well as nicely taken care of quite place to live abit pricy.
My move in was great, I’ve been here a month and have had zero problems.

Great land lord quiet community very nice been here for 3 yrs
Love the two level town home. Very spacious and pet friendly they just added some picnic tables with shade that look very nice.
Renee helped my do my lease shes great. Joel in maintence is fantastic as well always helps me out. Love the new units here and free laundry room is a big plus at lux off archer.
