The Lumen is a great apartment. The floor plans are excellently designed, spacious, and have a modern feel to them. The appliances are also in good condition. The buildings amenities are very functional and a great looking. The leasing team are excellent, and I was really impressed with Jake who facilitated my move so as to make the process go smoothly. The front desk staff are also friendly and reliable. Good job to all the folks at the Lumen!

The lumen is an awesome place to live. Great location downtown for food and fun. Easy highway access on the edge of downtown. Apartment units have nice finishes and there are great amenities. The view from my room is awesome and looks right onto Euclid Avenue and playhouse square.

The Lumen was an excellent place to stay initially in Oct 2020. As time progressed, the management and staff started running into serious turnover issues, which is a shame because the vast majority were excellent. Problems with the building such as unresolved completions of fixes like elevator panels and floor linings with the general lack of care from upper management plague the building and there are almost no efforts for social events. There have been multiple issues with fire alarms sounding in the early morning as early as 2 AM with no compensation for disruption other than a lunch that the majority of members couldn't even attend due to it being in the middle of a work day. The building is beautiful and the amenities give it the potential to be one of the best living spaces in Cleveland, but a huge lack of care and effort from those who can make a difference make it impossible to fully enjoy the property.

The Lumen is a beautiful property and a wonderful addition to the residential properties in downtown Cleveland! The apartments offer fabulous views of the lake and the cityscape. The amenities are functional and far exceed other city residential properties. We lived at The 9 for five wonderful years and this experience set the standard for urban living!

This is the worst experience I have ever encountered between all the cities and high rise apartments I have lived in. The noise from the outdoor pool deck area is loud and you have to call every day and night to the concierge and management just to have a few moments of sleep and peace but soon after the noise becomes worse. The response from the management is very poor we tried calling sending emails and going in person but with no response. The trash room is full and a week passes by, you speak to the management and its still the same. It is a disappointing experience living in The Lumen.

The location cannot be beat with theater, restaurants and sporting venues all within walking distance. The Lumen is an outstanding luxury apartment building. My unit has a gorgeous view of Lake Erie, the Cleveland skyline, and Playhouse Square. The apartment itself is spacious and modern. We are thrilled that it is a pet friendly property with a dog run and a designated place to bathe the dogs. I park in a temperature controlled garage that seems quite secure. There is a concierge and onsite security that are very helpful. There are excellent fitness facilities and coffee available in the common area. The amenities of the common spaces are gorgeous with lovely views and decor. The property is kept very clean and the building is quiet. I had initially thought I would stay for just one year and then search for a house, but the Lumen is so nice that I am reconsidering staying longer in an apartment since it is so lovely. The Lumen is close to my workplace at the Cleveland Clinic. Food and grocery deliveries are easy to receive at the building. It is a great place to be while we are all socially distancing during COVID-19.
