About The Lofts of Webster
The Rochester area is rich in history, culture, tradition, and reinvention. Every year, properties throughout our region are repurposed into breweries, offices, and luxury apartments. Each building transformation gives the property new life, while celebrating its past and giving it a modern function. The Lofts of Webster is no exception — our building is a piece of history within the Village of Webster. Originally constructed as a cold storage facility, it was then leased out to Xerox for 30 years. In 2002, it was acquired by 206 North Avenue LLC, and by 2006, the property was partially converted into self storage units. Today, the remaining space has been converted into 20 luxury lofts.
