My Fiancé and I absolutely love The Lofts at Woodside Mill. Whenever we toured, we toured on a Saturday. We were so sure we wanted to move here, that we were moved in the following Saturday (ONLY 7 DAYS!). The decor, brick and exposed beams/ventilation is beautiful. The staff has been nothing but helpful. Also, as a young couple, it is refreshing having such a nice community to share. We have ZERO complaints.

Woodside has been a breath of fresh air since I relocated from out of state. The people are incredibly kind and helpful. The space is stunning and exactly what I wanted. The location is also perfect for me, it is nice being able to pick up/go and be somewhere in less than 15 minutes.

I started being happy to live here and going on my 2nd lease, the service has been on the decline. The apt is cleaned well when someone moves out. The attention to detail is not there. And that are bats on the roof that are going into apts at night.

Moving to the lofts is maybe a different experience due to the nature of the Mills as it was. Different issues will arise because of that....so I think that is new for everyone....overall my fourth floor apartment is really good. , spacious, lots of storage, great appliances,the eighteen feet high ceiling has to be pretty unique, and the terrific windows offer a great view which you wouldn't get everywhere

Apartment units are very unique and make for a fun living experience! The grounds at Woodside however could use some cleanup. Though the available amenities are great, surrounding grounds are often riddled with dog poop (despite having a fine system in place), trash cans are overflowing, and it’s clear the community staff doesn’t pay much mind to the mess. A great place to live, but is in need of some regular cleaning and accountability for its residents.

This will be long and the floor plan I’m referencing is B3. So if you want to read, please do. Sigh. I’m so disappointed. I’ve been on a wait list since April to move into the lofts. I’ve traveled from NC twice to tour and speak to the office before committing. I’ve spoken to several ladies at the front desk to discuss my preferences as they requested. I asked for sunlight. I loved the tall windows. I wanted more space and a two bedroom. There are only 2 floor plans that I was able to see virtually on the site and those are also the models they show. Beautiful as you can see, plenty of light. Loved it! I loved the office spaces and community areas also.I researched many other locations around the area and did other tours. Months later, I called the lofts to see if any update on my spot in the wait list and what do you know, a 2 bedroom is coming available! Yay! The square footage is bigger than what I have, loved the layout from the blueprint they sent me, and both the bedroom and living room were facing the leasing office. This bedroom also had a window! Yay! I’m so excited! As time gets closer, I ask via phone and email if they can send me pictures of my unit, or video preferably. Everyone said no. I got different reasons, oh we still have to paint, oh we don’t clean until the day before you move. So I prayed and just trusted that I’d like it. I get to the hallway and immediately feel like I can’t breathe. It’s dark and it’s a basement. I was on level 0. Now that I’m here I can see the difference and smell it. The nice signature scent upstairs is not in the basement. I open my door, the apartment feels lonely and dark. My window is not As tall as what I toured. My view is under cars since I’m in a basement. The apartment rooms are so tiny I doubt my queen could fit in one. I mean this experience is NOT what I toured. The basement level should be a tour by itself. I don’t even see how People live down there. I couldn’t breathe it was just I was in a basement, oh because I was. My movers were the best and moved my things to a storage and I’m Back at my parents. I just feel So much dishonesty with the leasing office about my unit and I’m disappointed. ESPECIALLY when I asked for Video and pics. They returned my check, and I left. Unfortunately the $375 admin is non refundable. Neither is my time that was wasted, but who Cares about that. I could still be in NC until something better came up, but I’m here. Thanks for listening!

Where to begin? Bats live in the walls and fly around in the hallways on the upper floors. The sealed and polished concrete in the model units is NOT at all like the rental apartments, which have unsealed, porous concrete saturated with stains. When you mop, you just leave new stains. Walls have large gaps, so many of us hear our neighbors' conversations day and night. This overpriced pit is smack in a slum, where gunshots ring out after dark (the office has been suggesting it's "fireworks" since I moved here in late Nov. Thankfully, I'm moving out soon! Don't fall for this trap! Very few people are renewing their leases, and move outs happen nearly every day. Better loft apts are widely available in Greenville.
