Property Ratings at The LOFTS at Seacrest Beach
Since Hawthorne Residential Partners has acquired this property it has gone downhill. The previous office manager took an invested interest in the wellbeing of residents. After the acquisition, management personnel changed and now we have gone probably over three weeks without the one and only elevator in the main building. It’s frankly not a priority for them because they get away with it.

This location can’t be beat. 30a Beach access and a beautiful community with elevators, pool, grills, fitness center.

The Loft's is a wonderful place to live. We have lived here for over 2 years and have found that the staff is friendly, knows you by your name and any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. We love the Loft's
The Lofts at Seacrest is a great living experience. Residents are extremely friendly. This complex is super dog friendly. Apartment was clean upon move in. The location could really not get any better. It's a short walk to get to Alys or Rosemary for running and walking. Many restaurants are in both of those towns as well as Seacrest.
Luxury living, with easy access to facility amenities and local features. The pool, outside cooking area and entertainment rooms are wonderful features. Access to Seacrest property and pool is an added bonus!
I've never felt more at home than I do at Lofts At Seacrest Beach. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The apartment finishes are nice and the amount of space and storage for an apartment is exceptional. The location to the beach is what sold us on leasing but everything else has made it home.
The Lofts are wonderful in every way. The staff is great,lots of amnenities, and all areas are so neat and clean.
Very enjoyable living here. We like the ability to walk and bike directly to 30A.
Amazing opportunity to live in a high end vacation lifestyle apartment , walking distance to beautiful Seacrest Beach and delicious Rosemary beach restaurants, and Hwy 31A attractions. Recommended to me by local professionals.
All integrity and hope was lost when Lofts at Seacrest Beach "changed how they billed the water and sewage usage", which increased our rent ~$180 month, with minimal notice. Terrific profit ploy for whomever Ownership is at the moment of this writing.
