Property Ratings at The Lofts @ 5 Lyon - Price Per Bedroom
Leasing staff have no hours listed. Leasing staff are unreliable and do not answer phones. Leasing staff cannot be contacted reliably, and make the apartment less secure and a worse place to live for residents. I do not recommend living here.
They seem so nice to you but all they do is jerk you around. I got to see a unit but then even as i called and emailed they kept telling me they still needed paper work even tho i emailed and did paperwork online.
-The maintenance is bad and takes their time to fix anything in the apartments (including the AC and heat) -The elevators break down frequently -The building isn't cleaned very often except for when the inspector comes around once-in-a-blue moon -Some of the staff is very rude -You pay way too much for a small space -There is no on-sight parking under $150 per month, to park you need to pay for a city lot several blocks away -Some of the tenants are noisy and the walls are thin -Bad water quality
