We had to move in very quickly and get everything done very fast due to being in a hotel for a week looking. Staff was kind and quick with responses when I had questions. We got approved within 48 hours and moved in in 72 hours. It’s almost been a month and we’re still excited and happy with the area and the complex.

This is the best apartment community I have lived so far in Louisville. The staff is courteous, professional and caring. They like what they are doing, fully attentive to all the concerns raised and prompt in responding. The maintenance team is very hardworking that clearly reflects in serene and clean atmosphere all over the community. Whether it’s clubhouse, pool or any other common facilities, one can see tidiness experience calmness. Our family so far really enjoying this community. I looked at a ton of apartment complexes before deciding on the Lodges. It was definitely one of the nicest communities - it's appearance is clean and well maintained, the units are spacious and have good floor plans, the amenities are great, and it's convenient to the highway. It also is in a safe neighborhood/area and has sidewalks on the main street to easily walk (which I love to do). I would recommend based on my first few weeks here.

The Lodges are a great place to call home. The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. The amenities and appliances are top notch. The property is very clean and well maintained. The location is very convenient and in close proximity to grocery and shopping. The office staff and maintenance staff personnel truly care about the tenants and are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Living here at The Lodges has exceeded my expectations. I feel very grateful and fortunate to live in this wonderful community.

I’ve been living at The Lodges for just over a year and the entire time I have been extremely impressed with every aspect of this complex! The apartments themselves are extremely quiet and well insulated. The maintenance team is always very expedient, not that I’ve needed them much in the 12 months I’ve been here. I also find the parking situation to be exceptional, at least on the south side of the property. I’ve stayed in numerous other apartments over the years and these are definitely on another level. I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a great apartment in Louisville!

MJ and the other staff were so amazing when I was doing the move in process! They helped with every question I had and even helped me fill out my application because I have never applied for an apartment before! Not only is the staff amazing but the property is beautiful and the apartments are so nice and modern definitely getting a lot for your money! But I highly recommend living here just based on how amazing the staff has been!

The Lodges on English Station Road is a BEAUTIFUL place to live. One of the best, very friendly and helpful staff.
The community here is one of best apartment communities I’ve lived in. The people here are nice and friendly. Lots of dogs around so if you have dogs it’s a fantastic place to be. The front office staff is always timely and efficient; I almost always if not every time get a response within an hour. Maintenance is quick and efficient, on-top of that they are extremely friendly and personable. I would recommend this community to anyone, in fact I already have! I’ve had several friends look into here and even had my cousin be able to move in.

Overall, we are truly enjoying our experience at the Lodges. The space is beautiful and the staff are really kind and helpful. This is a great location with wonderful amenities and affordable pricing.
I toured five apartment complexes in the Middletown/Springhurst area, and this is the one that stuck out. MJ gave me the tour, and she was very informative. We started on time, and she only showed me what I requested to see. She was a breath of fresh air compared to some of these other lease agents just looking to sell and who are completely overbearing with their process. The Lodges had a more professional feel right off the bat. The units are bigger for similar rent prices in the same part of town and seem to be newly renovated and in good shape. The community is friendly, but also quiet. The unit I moved into was exactly as advertised and the signing/move in process was very simple. I would certainly recommend The Lodges to anyone looking for a new home in the East End.

Maintenance is a problem at most places, not here. Same day service is common place. Office personel are available. Apartments are spacious and like-new.

The maintenance team is awesome, fast, and professional. The property size and size of the maintenance team make it easy for them to come on the same day. They are very helpful beyond finishing service requests, too.

My overall experience since I’ve been living here has been great - the staff is great and the property is taken care of; however, these past few months, I would rate my experience as okay. There are folks driving through the community at all hours of the night blasting their music, I feel like I live above a movie theater with my neighbor blasting their tv and it sounds like we have race car drivers living here now because everyday for the past couple of months, somebody speeds out of here like they are on a racetrack - it’s loud and annoying.
I have lived here for over 2 years and am very happy here. The office workers and the maintenance workers are really nice and will help you in anyway they can.

The staff here truly could not be nicer or more helpful, and the apartments are super nice! However, there has been a recurring issue with car break-ins, and they REFUSE to install security cameras anywhere on the property. These are supposed to be luxury apartments, but they don't have the single most basic security feature in existence.
This is a GREAT place to live. Office staff and maintenance are both accommodating. I'm proud to be a tenant. This complex is clean. I feel safe in this community, just an AWESOME place to call home. Everyone is very respectful and friendly.

I have been here for almost 2 years now and really enjoy it here. All the staff are very nice and will help you when you need it. I intend to stay here as long as I can afford the rent.
DO NOT rent here. I was displaced (see photos of living conditions for the days) for my one bedroom apartment for 19 days and having to bunk with friends and family. I asked for compensation on those 19 days and got offered a small gift card and told I would still need to pay that doesn’t include the $1200 out of pocket expenses I had to pay to replace damaged personal property. Now having to file a claim at small claim court to hopefully get some type of compensation.DO YOUR research and question the current residents about the management.

The Lodges are beautiful spacious apartments, with awesome management. Maintenance is fast, even for routine services. That's why I love the size of the property here--it makes it easier to manage and maintain all of its' kind residents. Thinking about staying here instead of buying a house :)
