We're thoroughly enjoying our time at The Lodge at Hamlin! Everything is impeccably organized, and the office staff is incredibly attentive and welcoming. It's a wonderful place to call home.

Clean and quiet community. Gorgeous main community room and pool. Very nice front office and maintenance staff.

Pleasant atmosphere and the excellent service of the administration team.

Moving into The Lodge has been nothing but a pleasant surprise experience from the Management Team to the Maintenance Team, everyone has been inviting with smiles shared to show their welcoming presence. Thus far, our expectations have been exceeded. We are enjoying our new home immensely.

We would be happy to end our tenancy early if it was possible but will be fulfilling our lease commitments. We had a much better experience when we lived here in 2021.

We're really enjoying our time here! The residence has an ideal location, with convenient access to shopping and the 429. Our apartment offers stunning views of the lake, and the layout is well thought out. The bedrooms are spacious, and being in the clubhouse building is a fantastic bonus. We also really like the frequency of community events, even if we weren't able to participate until now. A huge thank you to Erika and Kellyann for their exceptional support in making everything so smooth!

The LODGE is a beautiful property that’s very well maintained with very friendly and helpful staff. I love the design and surroundings and it’s in a great location.

Living at the Lodge in Hamlin, allows you to live the life you want to live. You can Live, play ,and work at the Lodge! It gives you everything you want, near where you want to be. You can work in the Business Center for the day or by the pool. If you rather play, there are of things to choose from. The Lodge has a ping pong, billiards and foosball table. If you just feel like relaxing you can do that too! In the many different chairs around the property either next to a fire pit or the pool. Maybe, just watching the Magic Kingdom Fireworks at night. My point is you’ll always find something to do at the Lodge.

I have been a resident at the lodge at Hamlin for almost a year now and it has been just fantastic. A very well-maintained property with lots of amenities, family, friendly, and just a great place to call home.

The experience at the Lodge at Hamlin so far has been wonderful. Emily at the leasing office made my move stress free and seamless and helped find me the best apartment for my needs! They have cute community events and the grounds are beautiful. My only concern would be that some move-in problems with the apartment I raised have still not been address almost a month later. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my choice to move.

My experience at The Lodge has been an amazing one! From move in date up to today (3 years), I’ve had nothing but great memories in this place! The staff is amazing and the sense of community makes you feel safe and at home every day!

I have been a resident for the last three years. And I can honestly say that this is probably the best community that I have ever lived in. Not only are the units spacious, but the grounds are beautifully kept, the amenities are top-notch, but the thing that really makes this property shine is the staff! You will not find a more friendly, compassionate, and professional crew than you have here at The Lodge at Hamlin. I love calling this place Home! To have so many restaurants and stores, and other businesses within walking distance is absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for a new community to call home, you should definitely consider The Lodge at Hamlin.

I have had the pleasure of calling The Lodge at Hamlin my home for nearly three years, and it has been an exceptional experience. This apartment complex is not just a place to keep my belongings; it is where I feel most comfortable. Being part of this community has been a significant blessing, and I am grateful for all the events I have attended here. The team working here is simply remarkable! They are always approachable, friendly, and helpful. Having been here for some time, they have become my family. They are caring, understanding, and always willing to help in any way possible. This is one of the best communities in SW Orange County, providing everything you need for a luxurious lifestyle. They always go the extra mile to make the place more appealing and welcoming. If you're looking for an excellent place to call home or your first apartment, The Lodge at Hamlin is the ideal place to check out.

We looked at no less than 5 properties during our apartment search, after each one we returned to The Lodge and used that as our benchmark. Although each property had different benefits (4 were Greystar properties) none could compare to the welcoming staff, property style and overall pricing value of The Lodge.

I have only been living here for about 3 months and it truly has been a great experience. From the leasing staff, to the maintenance, etc. I tell all my friends about how great it is here! Keep up the good work!

My time at The Lodge at Hamlin unexpectedly hit way below my expectations. The leasing staff is kind and friendly but when it came down to my many issues, including roaches/lizards, fixing appliances, and resolving renter's insurance issues, the staff did the bare minimum and only put temporary fixes on these. I have given them time and understanding to assist and I feel alone in these situations and cannot rely on the office. The only way I seem to be able to speak with the staff is if I show up in person, I have never had a phone call of mine answered

The Lodge at Hamlin is a great place to live. There amenities are really nice and the look of the property is fantastic. The location offers lots of conveniences and you are close to many things you need.

The Lodge at Hamlin is hands-down, one of the finest communities that I have lived in since I moved to Central Florida over 30 years ago. I specifically picked this location because of its proximity to all of the things that I enjoy. I also love the decor, as it reminds me of living in northern Michigan. They do their very best in keeping the place nice and clean, typically, if there is a mess that is made, it’s made by one of the residents. I care deeply about this community, so it’s not above me too pick up trash or report things to the office that may need their attention, that they may not necessarily have had the time to see, or it hasn’t been reported. Jessica, Dee Dee, and Emily are so friendly, and so extremely helpful and positive. They work very hard to make certain that everyone’s needs are taken care of as quickly as possible. I am always happy to lend a hand wherever I can. Not because I want the attention, but because I take pride in where I live, and I know that they appreciate it. It leaves them time to do more important things. We live in one of the best communities here in Hamlin, and we all want to keep it that way. And the service and support that we continually receive, will allow us to maintain that status. Thank you for everything that you do!

I am going into my third year as a resident, and hands down, this is the greatest and nicest place that I've ever lived. It's not only the tranquil, northern theming, but it's the staff and many of the great neighbors that I have met. It's nice to have a place to come back to at the end of the day that you can actually call "home." That's how comfortable it is living here, and that is one of the reasons that I continue to renew every year. I just can't imagine waking up someplace else. Not having the space that I have, and not having the amazing view of the lake and the nightly Florida sunsets. Thank you all for making this a great place to call home!

I'm loving living in this place! The apartment in the complex is fantastic, the community is peaceful, and the surroundings are surrounded by incredible nature.

We moved here from NY due to work purposes and it was nerve wrecking with moving with kids etc; but the the leasing office staff was on point, they helped eased our worries and made the transition smooth, they was very friendly and professional. My family likes it and it is in the prime area that is growing for families and for individuals whom are looking to be central Orlando area. It was worth the whole transition from NY to FL.Thank you very much.

My wife and I are extremely comfortable with our apartment.

I am in my second year of living here at the lodge, and I can honestly say that I would not want to live anywhere else. A little over a year ago, I was diagnosed with a terminal, yet treatable disease. They have been very helpful and very flexible and certainly respect the financial aspect of the additional cost that I have to deal with each month. They are very kind and very caring and you are very lucky to have them as part of your staff. overall, I give this community five stars. I think it is one of the best complexes in the central Florida area. And accessible to the idea that the Hamlin area is a plus. With Publix, Walmart, Starbucks, and so many other great restaurants within walking distance, it makes it a perfect place to live. It’s also pet friendly, so if you are looking for a home that will make your fur babies, feel like they are part of the community, this is the place you want to be!

As a newly married couple, and also new residents to Florida, we have greatly enjoyed our experience at The Lodge. We make great use of the gym, the pool, and the grill, and have even gotten to use the onsite car wash..! Overall, we have been thrilled with the quality and value.

Friendly, quiet community in an excellent part of Orlando. The leasing staff is extremely professional, friendly, and good at communicating. The grounds are kept up well, and the amenities are very nice.

The Lodge at Hamlin is awesome being a friendly and safe place to live. The facilities are excellent, the staff are friendly, courteous and attentive. The community is located in an area with plenty of bars, restaurants, a movie house, Publix and Walmart. The Lodge is also conveniently located close to the 429 - Orlando’s Western Beltway.

I am in my second year as a resident of The Lodge at Hamlin. To me, this isn’t just another apartment complex, it is home. That’s how I feel every time I walk into the door of my apartment, and even into the office. Even if I have challenges on things, Jessica and her team are more than willing to work with me, and guide me in the right direction. People tend to point out the negative aspects of things more than they do the positive. Nobody’s perfect and no place is perfect, but the Lodge is pretty darn close. it is part of a growing community that is garnering attention from around the world. The Hamlin area is just going to get bigger and better. Great things are coming that will only complement our fine community. We have a lot of passion residents here, and they really care about the community. Many of us have spoken, and we would love some sort of resident advisory board that would be able to meet with Management every now and then and speak for the other residence of the property. Some people know how to address things properly, and some don’t. We are going into our second year of existence, and as an optimist, I see things getting only much better here at the lodge. Worst place to live. They care about money not you

The Lodge at Hamlin is a definite five star community that makes everything easier for the resident!

We just moved in earlier this month but so far we really like it. Maintenance was quick when needed and was also very nice. A little noise but it’s an apartment, we expected noise. If anything we expected more noise than we get. Only issue is there’s a dog on the first floor of my building that barks every time you walk by, but that’s not an issue with the lodge itself. Amenities are great, and I love how walkable it is too. I walk to Starbucks most mornings with my dog.

Beautiful space, Great location, Awesome staff..??

To me, living at The Lodge at Hamlin for the last year has been like a vacation. You honestly won’t find a more beautiful community in this area like we have here. The staff is super friendly, very accommodating, and extremely empathetic when you are having any type of issue. The people that complain are just making noise. I have some great neighbors and a great view, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world

This apartment complex is a gem! Between the natural beauty of the area, the architecture and nightly Disney fireworks the Lodge is hands down the most gorgeous place I’ve ever lived. You can tell the staff loves to work here and respond to requests quickly, they keep the grounds clean and do a great job of holding the property to a certain high standard of cleanliness and functionality. I personally can deal with stomping/hearing neighbors living but if you get annoyed easily this probably isn’t the place for you. Despite that, I would still give this property an 11/10 stars. I LOVE living here.

Well here I am, almost one year later, & I could not be happier. Obviously, with a name like “The Lodge,” you knew it was going to be very nice and have a very northern feeling. Which makes me feel right at home. The well apportioned lobby is absolutely beautiful & whomever picked out the decor, should be congratulated. It is a very comfortable place to read, work, meditate, or even play a great game of trivia with some of your residential friends. But the best part about this complex will always be the staff. Not only are they friendly, professional, & helpful, but they are also family. They go out of their way to help you if needed. They are always there for you, & will help you in anyway that they possibly can. We are very lucky to have the team we have in our front office. You are loved! ??

I would definitely recommend it, I love the fact that the community it's not as big. I find it here to be peaceful, safe and clean. My children loves it here! The cleaning of the hallway is something to talk about some!!!

Couldnt have picked a better place to live! great team friendly and professional!

If Hamlin is the place to be, then the Lodge at Hamlin is the place to live! beautifully appointed, and spacious apartment homes are just one of the many wonderful things about this community. Its like being on vacation every single day! We have an amazing clubhouse, fitness room, Les Mills bike studio, business center, BBQ grills, and an absolutely beautiful swimming pool. Not to mention the special events like food trucks, artisan experiences and trivia nights! But to me, the staff will always be the best part of the experience. Always ready to help at a moments notice, and always with a smile. The maintenance crew is top-notch, and its very rare you have to wait too long to get something repaired. The grounds are gorgeous, and beautiful Lake Hartley wraps around the back of our community. With so many new restaurants and businesses coming to the Hamlin community very soon, I dont think you would want to live anywhere else. I can tell you now, they are stuck with me!

The experience of living at The Lodge at Hamlin is magical: nature, fresh air, lake and beauty make the place a true paradise. The excellent facilities in the apartments are a separate feature that makes all the difference.

I really enjoy living in this community. It is so serene, peaceful, and not over crowded at all. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely care for the residents. You have no idea what this community and its staff and my neighbors mean to me. I love coming home every day to a beautiful resort-like community, and my lovely apartment. Watching the sunset each evening is a true blessing and something I'll never take for granted again. But the office staff is what makes the difference for me. They treat you like humans. They call you by name. They're kind, considerate, empathetic, and just wonderful human beings. I believe they are the reason that this community will continue to be successful in the years to come and be a vital part of the Hamlin community. You can't teach these skills or qualities. These are God-given talents.

Wonderful staff leasing and Maintenance also nice

Besides the beautiful location, the amazing clubhouse, sparkling pool, well-landscaped grounds, resort-like amenities, and spacious and well-appointed apartments, I think what sets this community apart from all others is the staff that you have. From the front office, the maintenance staff, and the grounds crew, everyone here is super friendly and extremely helpful! In fact, I personally don't consider them employees. I consider them friends. They always have time for you if you have an issue to discuss, or if you just want to say a quick hello. If you have a problem in your unit, they are quick as lightning to get it taken care of just as quickly and safely as they can. They have very open lines of communication, so we always know what is going on here at The Lodge at Hamlin. Whether it be a special event or an approaching hurricane, they will always let us know exactly what they will be doing to keep us entertained, and to keep us safe. I really can't see myself wanting to live anywhere else in the foreseeable future. Thank you for all that you do.

Great place to live with luxurious amenities! Quiet and homey. Wonderful staff. Super close access to shopping and Hwy 429.

Living at the Lodge at Hamlin is quite the experience! The community is beautiful with wonderful amenities. The pool and patio life makes me feel like Im on vacation! Overall, the community is quiet especially if your unit overlooks the lake! However, like any other apartment living experience, when living next door to a barking dog, sometimes, its all you hear. However, nothing some music, tv watching, or chatting on the phone with a good friend cant help!
