We absolutely agree that Avery on the Green is the idea place to live. Shopping, Banking, and Restaurants . Less than two miles from the loop 101 or loop 202. We are very glad to have you at Avery, and will continue with the excellent service we provide.
It was a beautiful place to start especially since we just moved to Arizona. The only pit fall is if you are elderly, young people who have children and animals should not be above them. There's no installation hardly between the upstairs flooring and the ceiling. Extremely loud and noisy. Otherwise if we didn't have to move we would still be there.

Good place to live, comfy, staff is great close to shopping and the maintenance guys take care of us
The community staff is very friendly. We really love the layout of our unit and the attached garage is a huge bonus. But we really love the maintenance team, any time we have had any issues big or small theyre taken care of in a timely manner and the maintenance supervisor in particular always makes me feel at ease about any issue and is great at communicating with us. Overall such a great experience with the community and the staff.
I am very very happy with being a resident at Avery on the Green. Office and maintenance staff are great. I would highly recommend renting here.

We moved to Arizona in November 2019. This community was setup for us to live in and we're very happy. Mary is a sweetheart, Pablo and his staff are awesome. They all work together. We (my sister and I), love it here.

I have nothing but good things to say about both the staff and complex. Channon and Brynly were very welcoming and helpful to accommodate my time sensitive request. Keep in mind I was at Texas and my new job gave me little time to find a new home, which can be very stressful. Channon and Brynly did not hesitate to assist. I was very impressed on their diligence and urgency to help me out. In about 3 days we got everything situated and was relieved to find my new home. Place is very nice, from the wooden floors to the fixtures, just feels right. Now that I've been at Chandler for awhile, I can say it was meant for me to be here and made the right choice. Love the layout of our apartment as it is spacious and we love the garage space. The maintenance team has been amazing since we have been here and we have not had many issues but if we do they are very quick to handle it. Overall great experience living at Avery On The Green.

I have been living here for 7 yrs, for the most I enjoy living here, if I have a complaint I give it to Povlie and/or Mary, they do try to resolve the issue.
they only care about money
I submitted 2 work orders and have had no responses, visits to fix my issue, or calls about it.
I enjoyed my stay at Avery. I had a great view of the San Marcos golf course and it was a very quiet residence.
We love living here. The community is quiet and clean; the units are cheerful and upgraded; and I love walking along the golf course every day. Thank you, Avery on the Green! So glad I found this place.
I have lived at Avery on the Greens for over 6 years and Ive loved every year Ive spent here. The location is amazing! I am close to two freeways and only a short bike ride away from downtown Chandler. I love my apartment because it has modern updates like granite countertops and dark cabinets, but it also has arches and tall ceilings that make it feel like home. Management is always there to answer questions or provide help when ever its been needed. The maintenance team is super friendly and is always willing to help even with the small things like changing light bulbs. Overall, I love where I live and it feels like home.

As compared to my first renting experience when I moved to Chandler, AZ in 2018, my experience with Avery on The Greens has been very positive since the day I walked into the leasing office. I love my small one bedroom, I love how clean the grounds and kept, and hope it continues stay this way.
Broken fences between complex and golf course and neighboring complexes. Also the gates have no locks so thieves can walk in and out of our complex. Gates should all be in working order and walk thru gates should have locks in my opinion. Im sure we pay for a gated community for extra safety. Not very safe if hoodlums can just walk right on thru the gates.. The massive amount of dog waste around the complex and the amount of dogs on the list of dogs not accepted by the complex. Im sure most people are not paying for their dogs and thats unfair for those of us that do pay and pick up after our dogs. I cant even let my grandchildren play in the grass areas because of the waste amounts and some people have vicious dogs off leash..
I highly recommend Avery on the Green. They genuinely care about their residents.
Since coming to Avery on the Green have been impressed with management and maintenance. Its a community of strangers. But who greet each other as they go to their mailboxes or just out walking their pets. Centrally located for all places I go.
Avery apartment location is close to most of my daily needs. Being a gated community makes me feel safe. Many times i forget to close my garage door over night and door leading from garage to living area many times and safe from intruders
The maintenance crew is phenomenal, they always go above and beyond! kadoo's to Povlie, Brandon and Kenny, they have the property on point .
Avery on the Green made my transition from California to Arizona so easy! Its conveniently located between the 202 and the 101 and 17 mins from Phoenix Sky harbor airport and 14 mins to Phoenix Mesa gateway airport. You feel like you're driving into a resort when you pull up, so it's always refreshing to come home. The amenities and apartments are up to date, that you feel like it's city posh living at an affordable price. Parking is always available and the amenities are great!
A wonderful place to live in a perfect location with a very conscientious and courteous management team and a very responsive maintenance team.
Ive lived here several years . Any mnt problems are promptly addressed. If another tenant problem, that is addressed also. For many the pool and exercise room are a plus . Apartments have been updated with new appliances , countertops and painted! A great place to live . Centrally located for stores , medical help and Police protection .

I dont think there is another complex with which to compare .
Seriously the worst place I've ever lived, they count the stairs inside of the appartments as square footage so really you're paying for a really small space. Also i hope you like walking in dog poop on the regular because that's everywhere. The front office is incompetent and the parking is horrendous. Avoid this over priced place at all costs, seriously a motel 6 parking lot would be a better place to sleep than this place.
