Great location for walking to restaurants or shops, or for driving onto the interstate. No major noise complaints, and the amenities are nice. The lobby is always clean.

The new apartment is much better. The old one had some serious acoustic issues. It was like a bass drum whenever the person upstairs would move around. And if they were being loud, for any reason, I could hear every bit of it. Funny at first, later very annoying. The view from the patio here is wonderful. I wish they had built the patios a few feet longer though. Hard to move around out there once you put out a few chairs and small table. Many times the hallways smell like trash or dirty dogs. They have valet trash service and many residents don’t follow the rules and put the cans out with lid closed. It’s pretty gross smelling what some people put in the hallway. And the dirty dogs, I don’t understand… We literally have a dog washing station downstairs. It’s free… please wash your dirty dogs!! Overall, I’m good here. It’s not luxury living, like the prices would lead you to believe. But it’s better than a lot of other properties that don’t even try.

I absolutely love it here. Josh is amazingly helpful and professional and the Apt is beautiful. My ice maker wasn't working and they immediately had maintenance come up and remedy the problem

Apartment is in a great location, close to a lot of stores and resteraunts. It is also real close to the highway which makes for easy travel to Charlotte

It's a decent apartment at an inflated price. Rent has gone up almost 41% since I first moved in. My paycheck on the other hand has gone up only about 18% in the same time period...

I recently moved to the area and into The Linden. My apartment is sunny and bright. I love the open concept layout with large kitchen island and stainless appliances. The amenities here are plenty--a community area/ lounge, gym, pool, bicycle storage, daily valet garbage removal to name a few. It is also pet friendly. The staff are welcoming and professional, For me, The Linden was the right choice for my move to the Charlotte area.

We just moved into the Linden apartment complex. We love the location of the unit - we have 2 coffee shops & several restaurants all within walking distance. The hallways of the complex could use some updating but overall it is a very nice building.

I love it so much, I just renewed it for another year. The staff is fantastic and very attentive. Conveniently located close to the grocery & gas (Harris Teeter) along with a variety of other shopping choices. Quick access to the highway, but my favorite by far is Hope & Vine located downstairs. Such a great community!!!!

Well maintained and charming environment with excellent access to shopping and highway. I would recommend better consistency regarding trash removal. 5 pm is way too early prompting working homeowner to place trash out early AM, before returning home, so as mot to miss pick up. Hence, trash bags outside fir long periods of time reducing the pleasant atmosphere. Kudos to new fencing surrounding garbage area a fresh landscaping. Maintenance deserves high fives!

Been here 5 years. Location is great. Management is awesome. The apt could use a couple of small upgrades but I know that'll usuly happen when an apt is vacated. Overall, great place to live.

We are building in the area and relocated from out of town while awaiting completion of our home. We visited a number of apartments, The Linden was easily the best choice. A wonderful location, the apartments are exceptional and the staff outstanding. Highly recommended.

Such an awesome community. Everyone is so polite and the environment is very very peaceful. The staff is so amazing. The convenience of having many shops that I utilize so close is great.
