I am a resident of three months at the Lincoln Scottsdale. The grounds are spectacular and the amenities are top notch. Everyone who lives here cares deeply about their community and I have only come across friendly faces, including the staff. Between the front desk and the maintenance, I have always had quick and enthusiastic help. We recently had issues with our washer and dryer and within 24 hours had brand new ones installed, free of charge. If you want to lease an apartment that feels like a five star resort, chose The Lincoln Scottsdale. Especially giving my thanks to Joe from maintenance and Tyrell and Bradley from the front.

I recently made the move to Arizona. I was lucky enough to come across The Lincoln Scottsdale, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the amazing team in the office. Tyrell, Bradley, and Matt have been absolute lifesavers—they’re always ready to help with a smile, making the whole experience feel like a community rather than just a place to live. The apartment community is beautifully maintained and incredibly quiet. It’s so nice to come home to a clean and serene environment! You can really tell that the maintenance team takes pride in their work; everything is kept in top shape, and any time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve been quick to respond and super friendly. One of my favorite aspects of living here has been the monthly resident events! They truly know how to bring everyone together, whether it’s movie nights at the resort style pool, holiday parties and even an awesome summer pool party. It’s a fantastic way to meet neighbors and build friendships! These just highlight how amazing the community and the staff are. What really stands out to me is how the staff truly loves living on-site. It shows in everything they do and creates such a positive vibe throughout the community. If you’re looking for a place to call home, I highly encourage you to check out Lincoln Scottsdale. It’s been a wonderful experience for me, and every will love it here too!

I have been at the Broadstone Lincoln for about 12 months. Before moving I was really excited as it looks more like a resort than an apartment complex. I'm really happy to report that it's a really nice place to live and definitely does have a resort feel. It's not cheap but I think you definitely get what you pay for. The facilities (gym and pool) are always sparkling clean, the underground parking doesn't flood, it's close to so many things, aj's, trader joes, Walgreens, lots of restaurants within walking distance. It's pet friendly, there are quite a few dogs, all well behaved from what I've seen. I think there is supposed to be a weight limit but I've seen people with really large dogs, so maybe that rule is flexible? We've had one issue with the ac freezing over in summer, but we just had to turn it off for about a day and it was back to normal. It's a really quiet complex, we never have any problem with too much noise. Turnover in the office seems high as you never see the same face twice. I'd say there is a good mix of people, some families, mostly young professionals, some older people, lots of people who have recently moved to the area and are looking to buy a house once they know more about the town. Overall it's a great place to live!
