Honestly not very pleasing. Apartments were ok at best. Couldn’t sleep at night due to constant sounds from all sides. Appliances were ok. After I left, had to pay over $300 for “cleaning fees” even though I cleaned before I left. Wouldn’t stay there again

We chose an non updated unit which we were told meant it had older cabinets and appliances. What we actually received was a unit that was disgusting and filthy everywhere. It has cigarette burns and large stains throughout the carpet that should have been changed out 10 years ago. The dishwasher was flooding moldy water and the toilet did not work the entire weekend we moved in. There was no one at the front office, no one returning phone calls and emergency maintenance took 2 days to respond. There were no smoke detectors for a month and a half. The unit is infested with cockroaches which we can't even pay to fix ourselves because the entire building would need treated. Interactions in person with the property manager are horrible, she is very combative instead of being helpful. From their own website: Our homes are the perfect backdrop to the life you want." I promise this is not the perfect backdrop to your life unless you enjoy cockroaches and filth. They don't care about residents here.

The apartment looks nice and clean but things tend to break easily. I moved in a month ago and 3 things broke down on me already. I think the renovation in my apartment was done poorly.

Cleanliness of the property has significantly improved.
I think it is a great community to live in, I like how when you have a problem they fix it as soon as they can.
I have taken a bad experience in the maintenance area, but speaking on the subject of tranquility is very quiet and safe.
Worst year of my life ! Hate the apartments si much i dont recommend these to no one ! In my apartment there are tons of cocroaches and did they tell me that when i moved in nooooo! I have a newborn and they are everywhere ! when we are sleeping i see them crawling on our beds and stuff all year long ive had the problem ! Yea they come and spray but ooo whats that going to do nothing ! & when they spray the whole apartment it takes like 5 seconds like what the heck !!! I hate these so much !! They can say all this stuff about ohh new paint and all these remodeling yea right lies ! Hate hate hate these apartments ! No family with kids or without kids has to live with cocroaches and a disheasher that doesnt work and what comes doen the trash composer goes in the dishewasher so itll stink !!!! All they would say when we bring it to their attention is ohh just run the dishwasher and it shuld get rid of it !!!! Uhh no it would make it worse and stink the whole house! Honestly worst experience of my life !
