Property Ratings at The Life at Elmwood Grove
Property photos are dated. NO POOL-NO DOG PARK. Pool been out for few years as the property changed ownership and no one wants to fix the pool or pay the insurance to keep it open during the summer. Dog Park- Fence is gone. Kids have pretty much taken it down by hanging on it and climbing. So much of having a good things around here. Kids here are just horrible. I mean HORRIBLE!!! Not a single parent here knows where their kids are, much less care what they do. Everything is broken due to the kids. So your rent is just for the apt, not for the amenities that are shown in the pictures. APTs are little dated with upgrades, just average. Nothing stands out.

Living here in The Life at Elmwood Grove is good,safe for my family plus the neighbors are friendly. Love the staff they're friendly.too plus when there's a maintenance issues in the unit they solve it right away.

I've been to the office now and then not just to pay my rent but to report some minor problems in my unit which they always fix on time! The management at The Life at Elmwood Grove are the best!

The rate and deposits are good deals, but the buildings and the amenities don't look like they've been taken care of or are up to date. The photos online of the grounds are totally false.

Kids run around crazy at all hours, dogs off the leash, no one picks up their dogs poop. Hope you dont enjoy a good nights sleep because the dogs run free at night barking. The office doesn't care, staff is unprofessional. Waiting on stuff to get fixed for 9 months. They just put it as "resolved" and never fixed it.

I have lived here going on 2 years and once The Life at Elmwood Grove took over, things have been getting done they care about the residences and the property its self I am very pleased with how things get taken care of now
I love living here, there are so many trees you feel like It's your own backyard.
Good location here in town but the apartments are old and not a lot of space inside.
Its been 7 almost 8 years here at the apartment building. We love it here and our neighbor are good people.Great apartments and its getting better every year.
Doesn't enforce any rules. Parking is terrible with everyone inviting friends over not using visitor parking.

Some people work at night they wanted to come home and get some rest, well obviously these apartment don't care at all. They just don't care about their tenants, don't bother to think that some people needed to rest. So I recommend not to come to this apartment!!!
We have recently underwent new management, and it is slowly getting better as they make changes.
