This is my first time renting apartment by myself to which I consider as a fair deal related to the price. As people said, "you paid for what you get". One thing I could say for sure, it is very quiet place but as far as everything else, I would not discuss it at this moment. Hopefully, I win this this free rent for life, and then, eventually I'll leave in my dream apartment for the rest of my life.
Valerie was the woman who I was dealing with. She is very rude and when I called to check on my application she told me she would return my call and never returned my call. Then I called again the following day and she was not in the office and it was 11:30 in the morning and an employee answered the phone and then she assured me Valerie would be in later and told me she will call me bacK then hung up without even asking me my name with a full fledge attitude. Not good customer service at all. Will never move here and will always warn people to go elsewhere. I am trying to give these people my business and yet they are putting me off and treating me like I am skeins
From the moment I entered the building I met one of the long time tenants....he said he lived there 12 years and loved it. The woman in the office greeted me as if she knew me for years and made me feel comfortable with my choice. I have a few problems and they have been met quickly and efficiently. All in all I am very happy to live here..
DONT BE FOOLED THIS PLACE IS A DUMP THEY Wont let you see the apartment BEFORE YOU move in matinence is under skilled property manager is immature they have BLACK MOLD THE BUILDING ALWAYS STINKS THEY HAVE ROACHES ROAMING THE HALLS THEY DONT FIX THINGS RIGHT AWAY YOU HAVE TO WAIT WEEKS FOR REPAIRS THE PLACE IS FALLING APART some apartments have been updated mostly in the front of the building THE MODEL UNIT LOOKS BETTER THAN THE REAL APARTMENTS ITS VERY NOISEY THEY BROKE THE BACK DOORS a lady Pooped IN one of the elevator THE CODES BARELY WORK ITS WINDOWS A.C ARE 65 plus years Thier is no door man they constantly have leakage in the apartment and smell of sewage trust we thought it was nice UNTIL WE MOVED IN SOMEBODY CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT THEY HAVE ALOT TO HIDE the remodeled the office in one day wile I wait for a mold issue to be dealt with a man cieln fell in
