The apartments are very nice, inside is very well cleaned, the staff at the office are super nice, very customer friendly, was very impressed with the service I received from the staff at the office, definitely would refer friends to rent there
Ok apartments but my HVAC unit died after only being in my apartment for a month and it took 3 months to be replaced. Trash is often overflowing from the bins. The playground has trash.

Not a bad place to live, maintenance always comes fast. Front office is helpful. Only negatives I would have to say are people partying all the time and leaving their trash out everywhere

I’ve been living here for about a year and I truly enjoy everything about this community. It’s peaceful, well maintained, and the maintenance team is always fast and efficient whenever something is needed. The office and management staff are also very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Living here is not bad. The maintenance comes but getting things done in effective manner is a joke. They do not pick up at the office. You have to go in and get answers.

Living at the Lennox has not been the best experience. There are roaches that they won’t take care of and the dumpster gets backed up almost everyday. There’s dog poop everywhere and random people always sitting in their cars no matter the time of day.
So far it’s been a great place to live the process was easy for the most part. . The apartment was clean and up to date . Ashley the.easing agent was very nice and helpful

Wish there were better hours for the gym. That was one of the selling points for me besides the apartments being fairly close to my job. I work past 5pm and don’t have enough time to get to the gym.

The manager of the property is horrible to residents and also staff. There are bugs and mold in the units. Grounds and pool areas are filthy!

The Lennox has gotten better the past few months, new management is okay. Neighbors are loud but you can't help that anywhere you live. Overall not too bad

They’re really busy so there’s no much communication, theyare friendly however. There’s animal droppings all around the property including dogs from residents, needs to be higher penalties, however the gym and pools are clean. The apartments are really nice especially for the price. I entered a work order for 3 different issues and they had maintenance here the very next day, he resolved everything fast and efficiently.

Very clean, and spacious living areas! Haven’t had any problems upon moving in would recommend to anyone looking for a place, the only thing I would suggest is an elevator for moving heavy items!

Someone stole my ebike . I had it all chained up . But still got robbed. Sign of lack of security. The appartment is clean, we got good neighbors.
The staff is wonderful! Made it easy for us to choose an apartment and Ashley is patient and very thorough! She worked diligently with us on the move in date and any concerns we had!

Quiet place most times. Lots of pools and park for the kids. Not sure if it was a deal or not but rent went down after we renewed it went down for the next one

I clean up broken glass in front of the building all the time, the area still had bits of glass in the dirt and under the stairs. There is an unregistered, unplated car parked right in front of my apt with flat tires. Its been there for 3 months taking up prime parking for the building. My car has had break in attempts, my packages get stolen if I'm not diligent and I saw someone tonight trying to break into the mailboxes by the front office. I have had to install cameras to watch my front door and my vehicle. There is only 1 lock on each door, dead bolt, and I don't feel very safe here especially with being on the 1st floor.

Very disappointed that someone is able to complain about music in broad daylight accused of using a drill on the weekends and I don't even own one! Law says 1030pm office says 10pm yet I'm getting a warning for 2pm, 3pm, 5pm ! Now I'm waiting on eggshells in my own apartment! We pay to much to hide in our bedroom!

The racks of my dishwasher have so much rust covering them you might get tetanus just opening it. They’ve “ordered” me parts but still signed off and it being acceptable to give to someone renting. I’ve been here a month and haven’t had quiet in my apartment before 11 pm yet. I picked it because it was between the two offices I work at and didn’t know any better moving from a different city. Wouldn’t make the same call again. Or recommend anyone else make it.

Application process was smooth. Move-in was a disaster due to issue with the apartment and not having another apartment with the same layout available for me. Leasing agent was great but nobody ever answered the office phone. You will have to go to the office instead if you need help right away. So far the place is ok. We will see how next week turns out.

The experience has been great so far. The apartment complex is pretty quiet for the most part. The staff has been very nice and accommodating. The only issue I have is that the community gym is open during office hours only. Which is convenient for people who have retired but, not for the people that work a 9 to 5p. The gym was one of the perks I was looking forward to enjoying. The hours are very inconvenient.

Place is very spacious and clean and the complex is very quiet and clean everything is great with all the amenities that the complex offers as well

The apartment is cheap and the leasing staff have been VERY nice, but the apartment had roaches when we moved in and the typical "landlord special." That being painting over anything and everything, including our breaker box, which we now have to cut open.

Litter everywhere. Porters ride in a cart and don't walk the grounds. Clubhouse lake is littered with trash. They could also turn on the sprinkler system. The grass is totally brown.
