Property Ratings at The Lennox
I clean up broken glass in front of the building all the time, the area still had bits of glass in the dirt and under the stairs. There is an unregistered, unplated car parked right in front of my apt with flat tires. Its been there for 3 months taking up prime parking for the building. My car has had break in attempts, my packages get stolen if I'm not diligent and I saw someone tonight trying to break into the mailboxes by the front office. I have had to install cameras to watch my front door and my vehicle. There is only 1 lock on each door, dead bolt, and I don't feel very safe here especially with being on the 1st floor.

Very disappointed that someone is able to complain about music in broad daylight accused of using a drill on the weekends and I don't even own one! Law says 1030pm office says 10pm yet I'm getting a warning for 2pm, 3pm, 5pm ! Now I'm waiting on eggshells in my own apartment! We pay to much to hide in our bedroom!

Just moved in and love the apartment design. The outside of the community can use some TLC, there are a lot of pot holes. Interior wise is very nice!

The racks of my dishwasher have so much rust covering them you might get tetanus just opening it. They’ve “ordered” me parts but still signed off and it being acceptable to give to someone renting. I’ve been here a month and haven’t had quiet in my apartment before 11 pm yet. I picked it because it was between the two offices I work at and didn’t know any better moving from a different city. Wouldn’t make the same call again. Or recommend anyone else make it.

Application process was smooth. Move-in was a disaster due to issue with the apartment and not having another apartment with the same layout available for me. Leasing agent was great but nobody ever answered the office phone. You will have to go to the office instead if you need help right away. So far the place is ok. We will see how next week turns out.

The experience has been great so far. The apartment complex is pretty quiet for the most part. The staff has been very nice and accommodating. The only issue I have is that the community gym is open during office hours only. Which is convenient for people who have retired but, not for the people that work a 9 to 5p. The gym was one of the perks I was looking forward to enjoying. The hours are very inconvenient.

The apartment is cheap and the leasing staff have been VERY nice, but the apartment had roaches when we moved in and the typical "landlord special." That being painting over anything and everything, including our breaker box, which we now have to cut open.

Litter everywhere. Porters ride in a cart and don't walk the grounds. Clubhouse lake is littered with trash. They could also turn on the sprinkler system. The grass is totally brown.

It’s a really nice apartment, mine just happened to have a roach infestation. 5 different breeds of roaches tons of them. I fogged the apartment twice, bleached everything, even found one of their nests, requested for my walls and open holes to be resealed, and pest control even came. But they still pop out and mainly when guests come! My advice is that if you really want to live here. Pull the fridge and oven away from the wall during your apartment walk BEFORE signing your lease, and demand they mediate the problem before you give them anything else or move in, or to give you another apartment.

Gym access is a little unclear, are you waiting for fobs? Waiting for the system to be installed? What are the approximate time frames? Also, not sure why the person that parks in front of the building in the handicap spot is allowed to do it without consequence....it's every day. We have rules for a reason do we not? Apartment living is full of rules and the consequences seem to be more monetary (in your favor) than on the people. Maintenance has a very quick response, that's a plus. The request for a pet profile even if you don't have a pet is the most ridiculous thing you could ask for.

The garbage collection system is deficient, the cleaning of the common areas is almost non-existent. The garbage cans are disgusting. Nobody ever cleans them. The only place that is clean and nice is the office area. the management is inept.
