I LOVE LEGENDS!!! I would live here for the rest of my life if I could. It’s in such a great area. The staff are so friendly and accommodating! The amenities were amazing especially the pool. I’ll miss legends so much! I would highly recommend living here!

Best Apartment ever When I moved in from MN jhasmyne and staff were accommodating to my moving details. They were prompt and very professional! If I had to move again I would most definitely move here again! This is by far the nicest apartment I’ve had to date! I would suggest legends to anybody and everybody! The dog park was my favorite amenity! Thanks again for everything!

Good Apartment! I loved this apartment and how nice it was. The only thing I would say is the gym is essentially all cardio and they could easily change the yoga room to include the weights and a mirror. Also the pool was a constant issue and had hair and dirt in it all the time.

Overall good experience The features I liked about the Legends included the updated interior of the unit and the amenities of the dog park and pool. We were disappointed that for the majority of the two years we lived there, one or both outdoor firepit was not working. The pool hours were shortened while we were there. We had several plumbing issues requiring maintenance to enter several times.

My boyfriend & I moved in here in June and have had the best experience. This is our first experience living from home & legends has made it feel like home. We talk about how we have to leave here in May & it makes us EMOTIONAL! If you can live here, DO IT!

There are so many apartment options here to fit your desires! The staff is so helpful and it very attentive to needs. They are always happy to answer questions whether it is via email, phone call, or in person. There are endless options of entertainment here, I don't see how anyone could get bored. It's very quiet and peaceful out here. Speaking of noise, you will see comments of it being "noisy", but you are in an apartment complex. Sound is inevitable. Any time you move into an apartment, it is common sense to expect some sort of, rather, annoying noise from at least something. Anyway, I am extremely pleased. If you are wanting to live here, APPLY! You won't be disappointed. Amanda is super helpful with the process as well. They respond to emails ASAP and they never disregard your complaints or suggestions.
Great location for getting anywhere in C-U, pet friendly, par 3 golf course access included, can’t beat it! Very quiet neighborhood also.
Love living here. Between my beautiful apartment and the staff, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.
