A lot of miscommunication between the office and the tenants. I wouldn't move here again. It is overpriced and overwhelming. The view was nice though

Down sizing from a large high maintenance house to here at the Legends of Champions gate has been so great for so many reasons the move in process was quick and easy, one of the most affordable places in the area, water cable and valet trash included in your rent. it’s location is perfection it’s quiet, the Stores restaurants I4 shopping etc are all very close. The front office staff from the manager to the assistant to all staff including the quick responding maintenance guys, make living here that much better. The neighbors I’ve encountered are very friendly. The apartment itself is very nice and up kept. My family and I love coming home, to the clean peaceful environment. If you’re looking for affordability location and peacefulness this is the place for you.

LTD Champions Ridge Review I’ve had a positive experience living at LTD Champions Ridge. The apartments are reasonably priced compared to other complexes in the area, and being built in 2023, they feel modern and new. I appreciate the transparency in costs—there are no hidden fees for amenities, trash, or pest control. The units are well-designed, and the sound insulation is excellent; I’ve never had issues with overhearing neighbors. Speaking of neighbors, everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly and respectful. The gym is decent—not extravagant but sufficient for cardio and basic workouts—and it’s never overcrowded. Package deliveries have always been secure, which is a big plus. The community center is a fantastic, quiet space for studying or remote work, and it’s often empty, making it easy to focus. I also love that valet trash service and high-speed internet are included in the rent, adding extra convenience. Overall, it’s been a great place to live!

The area is nice, there’s a shopping center walking distance which is great. Playground is nice and secured, pool is nice, not much noise unless you live by the front with all the cars coming in.

As a long term resident at The Legends, I can tell you this is hands down the best place to live. The office staff are lovely, the maintenance staff are so friendly and fast to fix any issues, and the neighborhood is quiet. The whole community is well maintained and beautiful.
Pricing on rent has gone a bit too high, forced amenities such as cable, internet, and valet trash. Property is tidy except for the renters who don't clean up after their animals. Loved it here but feels out-dated and definitely over priced.
Definitely this complex was one of the best choices to live love the quiet good maintenance employees the staff are great the pool area is beautiful
We all love it here, it’s so peaceful. The grounds the trees the doggy parks, the interior of our apartment the attention to detail the molding the color, the size of master tub, the lighting fixtures all of it is just right.
My boyfriend and I have been here for a year now, it has been nothing but a great experience! we don’t have to worry about neighbors, the neighborhood is always quiet. We have a gym on site, that’s all we can ask for !

I love living at the Legends, it’s a beautiful community that is well maintained by the staff. Yolanda in the office is the absolute best, and takes care of the rare issues that ever arise instantly. I love how quiet it is, and the maintance staff are so friendly and quick with any service issues. As a long time resident, I don’t think there is a better place to live, I recommend this community to everyone I know.
Staff is not that friendly. Maintenance orders are slow to be handled. Rent continuously goes up. Other than that it's great. Neighbors keep to themselves and pool is nice.
Maintanence staff are amazing. The Gate has gone down a few times. The gym is small and could use some leg equipment. There is no recycling option and we are mandated to pay a $35 valet trash each month. It would be nice if it was optional or another company because that’s too much and many of us can take our trash out. The $85 mandated wifi fee would be great if it was optional as well. Not all of us need it. The apartment has restaurants around but the area is at least 20 minutes any main attraction.
I highly recommend the Legends Apartment to anyone who is looking for a clean, quiet and scenic place to call home. The staff here are very pleasant and respond quickly to requests made.
Great maintenance crew. Nice restaurants near by. Close to Mickey’s house, I 4 two blocks away. Wawa right up the street, publix supermarket two minutes up the street
Very quiet, clean and well maintained community. Office staff is friendly and the move in process was easy. Didn’t see my apartment until move in day and everything was clean and passed my expectations.
Great. Staff is great. Nice xlake in middle. Near lots of food options and shopping. Located near Disney world for great entertainment options
It’s a good nice complex. Publix is close and a few restaurants. The pool is nice. The gate system has gone down a couple times in less than 6 months. The gate also allows 3-5 cars to go by at once. There is no recycling and you’re forced to pay a $35 valet trash fee a month. The area looks clean. The gym is little but nice. It would be good if they added something for the legs such as the stairs or leg press. Very pet friendly place and maintenance people are beyond kind.

Easy to live here, traffic does kind of ruin it though. Things are relatively quiet band stress free. Maintenance team is absolutely amazing and will fix things within an appropriate time after placing a maintenance concern. Only downsides to living here is that there is only one trash compactor and it will break frequently due to everyone using it constantly. There is also a lot of smoking done in this complex and people will leave their cigarettes all around the buildings.

I’ve been living here for almost a year now and have had an amazing experience. The staff is amazing and always happy to help with anything I may need from day one. The noise level is very low, which is important for me as I have sensory sensitivities. It’s in a great area, reasonable priced, and only 15 minutes from Disney World which is a huge plus for me! It is way over priced for what you get yes it looks nice nice but it is also kinda small for the pricing as well the gym is ok but the office never refills the cleaning towels

The area is good and the maintanence staff is nice. The gate always has issues and stays open. It creates a risk with our security since anyone can come in. It also stays open so long that 4-5 cars go in. There’s a mandatory $43 valet trash fee that you can’t opt out. I don’t need this and have to pay it a month even though I don’t throw more than 4 trash bags a month away. It’s more expensive than my electricity and water bill. This is also not an environmental friendly complex. No recycling is available. The gym is small. It could definitely benefit by adding a leg press or a stair machine. There’s room for it. Besides that it’s a good quiet area. Restaurants and grocery market are walking distance. Traffic is always bad since you have to go to I4.

Apartments are old and not upgraded. Bug issues. Pool area is flooded with ants. Your paying for location not quality. Staff is friendly as well as maintenance.

Nice community, walking distance shopping center. Community is a bit noisy but safe. Has all the amenities. If you need something done maintenance will get it done quickly.

The staff is very professional and welcoming. Maintenance is speedy and efficient. Very well mannered and professional as well. Property is kept tidy and well maintained. I enjoy my stay in the community.

It’s a quiet and peaceful place to live, I love the clean and confortables areas in the property, the gym is equipped with machines perfect for a functional workout, I love the lake the pool and it’s different spaces, all the nature in the place is marvelous! Just walking distance we have a variety of places to eat and one of my favorites supermarkets Publix and next to it there is a pharmacy Walgreens. The staff in the office are nice and warmly always disposed to help.

Nice staffing. Great area with good food options near by. Small area so easy to walk around the complex and to mail box. Nice neighbors. Easy trash pick up

I love how quiet and like calm the area is :) truly the best place we couldve picked! My roomates and i have met so many cool people just at the pool! such a good community

We’ve lived here the past 5 years it’s a quiet community and everyone is pretty friendly. The amenities are well maintained and it’s a great place to live.

very nice place and polite people. i feel safe here and love the warm atmosphere. only issue is the stairs. 3 flights is rough but i’ll be fit in a year i guess

So far everything has been great! Maintenance is prompt and it’s very quiet which I love. Everyone has gene very friendly and my dog is enjoying the dog park.
