About The Legacy
We currently have Spacious 1- 2-Bedrooms at $575-650. These units have heat and water included! All of our buildings have security locking door access. We have an off-street parking lot for our buildings. We make laundry easy with on-site washers and dryers! This building is a 1/2 mile from MSUM,a mile from Concordia and a mile to M State University and Technical College in Moorhead. Additionally it is conveniently located with I-94 off ramp only a mile from the building. Our 2nd and 3rd Floor units have a balcony. You will need to contact Bob, our building manager, to set up arrangements to pay the $45 application fee before we can process your application.

With four colleges nearby -- North Dakota State University, Concordia College, Minnesota State Community and Technical College, and Minnesota State University Moorhead -- Downtown Moorhead is a thriving, busy urban hub. Downtown hugs the Red River, directly across from Fargo, North Dakota. The Moorhead Viking Ship Park Bike Trail follows the river and is accessible from downtown on 3rd Street. Living in Downtown Moorhead, you get two city centers in one -- Downtown Fargo is just a short walk or drive across the river.
Woodlawn Park, just south of Main Avenue, provides ball fields, a basketball court, picnic areas, and a playground.
