Since moving here in June 2022, I have had the most pleasant experience. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff is top notch. Tony, the Maintenance Manager, is a great asset to The Laurel team.

This has to be the worst apartment I’ve been in. The apartment never answers their phone so I have to go to the office to get a simple question answered, and nobody is ever in the office. The trash collectors are horrible and always leaving a fine for the smallest things, and the apartment tows cars for the DUMBEST reasons. Kristen is really good in the front office and has the most helpful since we’ve been here, but the bad definitely outweighs the good; will not be renewing my lease after this year.

I've lived here for almost 3 years, no complaints. Its quiet at night, clean and neighbors keep to themselves. Parking was a bit of a hassle but since recent rule changes have been implemented, I have no issues. Don't really use the amenities so can't comment on that.
I am begging you. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! There are way better options with better amenities. The staff is so rude it's ridiculous! They make living here a nightmare. Who demands you renew a lease 6 months in advance?! And with so much attitude? The "gated" community part is a joke because the gates are always broken. The gym is another joke. And the towing company they have removing cars is so desperate that they scratched a neighbors car removing my guests! We had a parking permit on it too!! And don't get me started on the roaches and mold. It's disgusting and makes the rug smell so bad. We've cleaned it so many times and it still looks and smells horrible. If you complain to the office of the roaches they say you brought them with you and will accuse you of being dirty. We've heard this from 5 other residents before leaving! Sad and horrible. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
I have lived here for 3 years now and have no issues with management. From the moment I arrived they have accommodated me and helped me with any issues I may had had from parking (needed handicap) to work orders. The entire group from office to the workers are great. I have much respect for them and will continue to have the highest praise for them. Ms. DC
Please, please and please NO one move into this condo/apartment……….the lady in the office is something I can’t even say…………..it will not be nice. They do not care for the tenants that live there……….I had to move from this place. If you decide to move at Milan I feel very sorry for you….please listen……I never posted anything negative about any company but this is very serious. DO NOT LIVE OR MOVE HERE!!!!!!!

The only good thing about Milan is the rent. It's cheap. But you get what you pay for. The front office is rude and the restrictions on everything almost makes it feel like a prison. However, the grounds are kept nicely. When you leave they will find whatever way possible to keep your deposit.
lived in a 2 bed 2 bath 1 1/2 years, very friendly good amenities gym pool car wash station animal friendly. when we found a house and had to break the lease they were very understandable. I would move there again. very satisfied customer
There are very few amenities, the management company is horrible -- rude, uncooperative. When you leave they try and do everything they can not to keep your security deposit. There are other apartments nearby that are in the same price range that offer more amenities and much friendlier to deal with at the front office. Pick somewhere else.
I moved to Milan a little over a year ago. I feel safe as the property is gated 24/7 and only those with cards or call box numbers to residents phones can come in. The grounds are kept clean. No complaints about staff nor neighbors, friendly, quiet and overall a great community. I see complaints about towing but I have never been towed, as long as you have a sticker or pass on your car and make sure tags aren't expired, leaking etc, you are good, that actually makes me feel safer as I know cars that are parked here have permission to do so. I don't plan on moving out anytime soon, overall very happy with my experience living here so far.
The best thing about my condo is that the grounds are kept up well. The parking is very bad and the mgt attempted to tow the cars that didnt have a sticker in the parking lot but that ended badly the tow company became so desperate they began towing the residents on a regular basis. the condo has bug: roaches, ants and spiders. It is relatively quiet here but you NEVER have a parking place. The place is not gated but it is priced as if it is gated. There is no club house rental the gym is a bit of a joke there are few amenities for the price. That heavy set maintenance man is the rudest but do not even bother complaining because the Mgt company is just as rude and uncaring. My lease is up in November and I can not wait to get out of this place.
My apartment is 2 bedroom 2 bath, with washer and dryer connection. Having a washer and dryer is very convenient for me and my family. What we love most about our apartment is that it's very quiet and peaceful. All the residents are friendly and the staff here are friendly as well.
