The Laurel has been a great place to live thus far. The team at the desk are super friendly and helpful and the amenities are good.
I love this place! I needed a garage and this place is very garage oriented. The Laurel looks like a resort and is maintained as such. It's in a great area and suits me to a T.
I don't care for Greystar. The Laurel was a decent complex before this management company stepped in and it has been downhill since.
The Laurel has been a breathe of fresh air since moving here. From the professionalism of the Mamagement and the beautiful apartments to wonderful amenities.
I have lived at the Laurel for 10 months and love it here. The grounds and surroundings are beautiful and well-kept. I feel safe when walking around the community and recommend the Laurel to my friends.
The Maintenance team at Laurel is one of the best attributes of living at Laurel.
Management is disappointing and is not receptive to the needs of the residents. Severe cockroach and ant problem is off putting.
I put in a maintenance request I was scheduled for Saturday no one ever called or came I called to let them know I was supposed to hear something that Monday I never did and now I have to call them again to see and make sure they’re coming out this coming Saturday
My issues with the work orders it hard to have mine done also my area smells of animal urine very strong smell right in front of my building. the community needs a good cleaning, the walls, the concrete floors needs spruce up.. we pay a lot and it’s supposed to be a luxury community
The staff upon looking for an apartment to moving in have been very kind and clear on what needed to happen to make things move. I appreciate that. As far as move in experiences go, one of the smoothest ones I have had.
The apartment layouts are amazing! The leasing team is not the greatest. Their communication is terrible. It’s an older community with new upgrades, monthly pricing should be lower and not be the same price as other communities that are actually brand new.
We have highly enjoyed our experience at The Laurel! Moving from out of state with no previous visits, this community has exceeded our expectations. Management is reliable and welcoming. We would like to specifically thank Adrianna for her responsive and detailed communication and Cameron, for his hard work and dedication in maintaining the beautiful community and apartment units.
I love living here! The Laurel has served my boyfriend and I well as our home for the past three years. The beautiful community spaces, timely maintenance, and reasonable rent are some of the highlights we enjoy.
The Laurel Apartments are well staff and competent in solving problems. The amenities and appearance of the apartments are beautiful. I have lived there for 3 years and they are always improving the living experience.
The laurel community has tremendous staff, everybody is so polite and professional. The maintenance team is very responsive and quick to have solutions, the agents are so kind and you can’t stop smiling while you are at this community. Moving across the country was a big worry for us in the beginning but they really made an enormous impression on us when we met in person and we couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity here at The Laurel.
Laurel community is a really nice place to live - a nice place to come home to each and every time! And I feel it is a safe place to live.
I love it here! The amenities have been amazing and far superior to any other complex we looked at. It is like living in a 5 star resort.

New to the Laurels (about a week). The service from the office and maintenance has been great!
Main office never answers their phone nor has ever returned a call. Maintenance will enter your apartment with or without permission then leave the front door unlocked when they are finished with no one else home.
The apartment and complex are overall nice. Staff is friendly but unfortunately it is like pulling teeth to get them to fix stuff and the maintenance staff, when they do come out, often can’t fix it or even make things worse. They cut certain things to save on costs but of course that is not reflected in the rent we pay, just saves them money. Given how much we pay for the lease would definitely expect better from them.
We’ve lived here for over two years and it has been a waste. The staff is horrible. There is no customer service, no help, they don’t answer calls or return voicemails or emails. Prices increased and they took amenities away and now charge for them even though their amenity fee increased. Roaches and spiders roam free, and maintenance requests for taking care of these issues get cancelled. Want to be disrespected, move here; want a place to live, look elsewhere.
Walls are paper thin you can hear everything The staff are very rude and don’t listen to you. I have had so many maintenance problems and not one has been addressed. They all have a different response. Currently I have leak, in my house and outside, it looks like the ceiling is going to collapse, i sent a request in 3 days ago they did not come and look at it or respond to my request. Sent pics as well. Everytime you try calling no one answers, today I finally got through and she was super rude and said they know what to do about it. Worst place I have lived.

The designers of the property did a very good job in renovating areas prior to the original Mark Taylor build, exterior amenities pool, gym, etc.) Personally I'm not too liking of the interior of the units, very modern. Where as Mark Taylor were more earth tones (warm). Why I went just with good is they base rent increases some 30% as some and I feel just to meet market expectations. I will say they have honored a fair value to those prior residents with option of upgrades. To end, current manager Sara and a few along in the office can be rude when it comes to addressing issues (units, repairs, amenities EX.) to current renters. This sense of entitlement that comes in a position to manage. To those that hold these titles is the reality is to provide excellent customer service.

It's really pretty here!!! Love the pool area!! They keep it pretty clean. Nice to have all the grills around. Lots of fun things to do here!!! Lots of storage in the apartment for being a one bedroom. Pray the rent does not go up.

Constant loud thumping noises shaking through the floors and walls. This is due to thin/cheap floors and walls. Sleeping is extremely difficult and living here is depressing as a lack of sleep is horrible for mental health

The renovations to our apartment does not meet the standard or expectations given to us by our front office staff when we applied , thou it may not be there fought, and surly not ours they do represent the Laurel Apartments. We never got our schedule renovations walk threw when the renovating team was onsite even thou photos were given multiple times to front office staff and management. it is very disappointing for the amount we pay monthly for what we are experiencing. if not for the above mentioned concerns I would say the apartments are nicely located for everyday needs, peaceful and neighborly friendly. We hope that our renovations issues will be addressed soon.

Moving into the Laurel has been a nightmare. Our unit was not ready on our move in date. Once we were moved in our unit renovation were partially done. Went to speak to someone in the leasing office about a work order, one was never submitted. Now, one month later, work is still not done.

Since weve been bought out by the Laurel Apartments, things have been a little crazy but the work theyre doing is incredible and when theyre done, this place will be even more beautiful! Great job to my leasing and management team here; theyre wonderful!
Laruel Apartments are once of the most helpful and responsive place that I have lived, they keep their grounds clean, they're friendly, and they are responsiveness and good at communicating with tenants.

The Laurel Apartments are an amazing place to live! It doesn't feel like an apartment complex - My unit is like living in my own home. I am so impressed with the upkeep of the complex, not to mention how nice the interiors of the apartments are!! I truly love living here and I feel lucky to do so.......
The new management of the complex has gone great so far and I hope things remain relatively the same as the old management. Everything has been great thus far.
We have chosen The Laurel Apartments (formerly ParcLand Apartments) as our final home - and definitely made the right choice. Our apartment is the perfect size for our comfortable living needs and is furnished nicely inside - with the outside landscaping and greenery maintained beautifully.
I have had issues that were never dealt with from the moment I moved in. The old management staff was at least friendly.
Parcland Crossing apartments was a great place to live until new management- the Laurel apartments took over. It has been horrible since their take over on 7/1/2021. Think twice before moving here. Without much communication after they took over, all of a sudden, renovations are taking place "you will love it when done" is the claim. It would have been important to communicate with the residents then do the necessary renovations. Instead of bulldozing the staff and building, communicate first.
We have lived here over two years and are so happy. The management, neighborhood and common areas are all top notch. A little pricey but worth it.

Excellent location, immaculate grounds, impressive floor plans, and quality fit and finish. Tonya, Cali, & Jorge have been nothing but professional and courteous! Excited for my new apartment and the direct access tandem garage is FANTASTIC. I have not personally met the onsite maintenance team. However, based on the IMMACULATE grounds I'm confident they will be outstanding. The leasing team answered my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. They have been super efficient and that makes me happy! @PillarCommunities - Please give this team a huge pat on the back!

Parcland is awesome! Friendliest staff ever and it’s always very clean well kept. I’ve lived her 2 years and it’s been so awesome. Great location and amenities as well as big nice apartments and garages. I would totally recommend!
