this is the worst thing I have ever experienced in my entire life. It’s rats and rodents running outside by the trash EVEN during the day! several abandoned apartments/ people squatting at night time. maintenance takes 2-6 months to complete your request. packages get stolen. there is no structure what so ever. cars being broken into, gun shots, neighbors are the only thing that haven’t given me a problem. I currently live here and it’s the worst apartment complex ever. the numbers aren’t even correctly on the buildings. apartments from months- a year ago still have past residents property in it!

Management is really poor and unresponsive. They wait months to address serious maintenance needs, and they never seem to solve the issues completely. They do not enforce the rules on anybody, and there are plenty of violations. The rent is high for what you get in return, and the advertised price is a lot less than the reality when you consider the fees for everything.

I’ve been here since may and I can say it’s been very peaceful! Very quiet! And maintenance has came for every repair issue I’ve needed! Highly recommend!

Management is very poor. It’s filled with bed bugs, roaches and rat. We asked management and they said it’s our duty. When leaving I asked for my security deposit and they never gave it to me. It’s been a year now.

Highly recommend living here and if you need any help ask for diamond she’s really good with anything questions or anything

I lived at Larchmont for 7 years and I will say they have done good job responding to any broken repair issues I have and most of all keeping the community peaceful…

Very peaceful over here, I love the inside of my house it’s very homey. The floors are so beautiful.

They are always on top of things and they got us in very fast and anytime we have a question or problem they help out.

The staff got me in my apartment fast and kept me updated with the steps needed to make sure I was satisfied

since ive moved in i have been able to communicate clearly about any thing i need, especially with diamond! ive had zero issues. 10/10 for a first apartment these ladies have actually went above and beyond theyre job with helping me move over here comfortably

This is my first time renting EVER & every member of their staff has made this , the most easiest process for me and my child. Recently had some remodeling done which came out very nice. Peaceful neighborhood very close to many shopping plazas , gas stations , grocery stores. I never have to go more than 2 minutes from home for all my everyday essentials. They respond pretty quick whenever I have any questions about anything. If I wasn’t moving out of state next year I’d definitely renew my lease.

Hello, to anyone that’s younger that’s trying to establish their live with having their own living space. It’s a lack of communication and they will communicate unprofessionally with you about your rent and other expenses. I have been charged expeditiously on the rental portal and they have been charging me extra fees, pet fees which I told them that I don’t have a pet which was true. on top of what I have already gave them as far as rental payment. I was told that one month will be “rent free” and I was aware of that. But if you’re looking for a space to call home I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here. I am grateful for the bad experiences in life and everyone has their own experiences. Make sure that you are reading that lease agreement because they will charge you a daily late fee after the 6th of the month. which is odd??? But this is a lesson learned for me. Also the other residents that I lived beside or in the same complex some are nice, but you will deal with people that will try to get into your business and loud kids but that’s everywhere. And most people can be disgusting they will leave trash on the stairs and by the main door, the floors when they go into their home.

Love the fact that they are pet friendly with limited restrictions. Beautiful 1 bedroom model nice and intimate. Applying here for April move in

My apartment is EVERYTHING I need! When I do have an issue(and that's VERY rare), the maintenance men really do their job! When I have a dilemma far as my rent is concerned, my beautiful property manager, Marissa, makes sure I stay the course, plus works with me to ensure we handle it in a timely manner.....MANNNN I LOVE HER and my whole Larchmont staff!!!!! You won't be disappointed coming to reside here!??????

We've lived here over a year and have noticed great changes. The office staff is attentive and quick. The maintenance crew is on site and visible daily. Sonya and team pickup around the property daily. Buildings are cleaned on a regular basis and the property is well maintained. It is obvious the new owners are putting money into the complex to attract families and professionals. The clubhouse is beautiful and the pool is nice. I hear a small dog park is in the works which is great since there are pet owners here.

I just moved here a month ago and within the follow week, maintenance came to fix the few minor problems I’ve had. Diamond has an excellent attitude towards the tenants

The neighborhood has come a long way since the new management took office I continue to see the growth of our community as we move closer to the new year
